Messy store, aquariums with at least 20 dead fish, blocked aisles and a cashier with a bad attitude and being told there were no bags and I had just purchased 20 cans of cat food. Seriously!!!

The manager of the reptile department should be fired and I have reported this store to Petco's corporate for animal abuse and neglect. The cashier and Manager on Duty were unable/unwilling to give me the name of the person who manages the reptile department.
Multiple animals were severely malnourished, dehydrated, injured, and left in filthy enclosures filled with feces. One crested gecko was clearly severely ill, struggling to breathe, malnourished and in need of emergency veterinary care. Ball pythons were hiding, dull and all in shed, living in feces. Bearded dragons were dehydrated, the babies had no water in a long-dried-out dish, showed signs of calcium deficiency, injured tails, and were missing toes. I'm not well versed in turtles but the red ear sliders were pale, their tank was grody and their light sources seemed too small and too far away, not enough uvb. Live feeder insects were sitting on store shelves for too long: they were dead, discolored and rotting in their containers, there was a mild odor as you got close. These conditions were disgusting and inhumane, and this store should be ashamed of itself.

Recently brought my dog in for her yearly vaccines. The vet tech who did our assessment was fantastic and so kind throughout the entire process. However, the veterinarian came out afterwards and immediately started listing diseases that my dog could have despite the symptoms not adding up. Not only was this scary, but demeaning and seemed like a money-grab. I've had my dog for 8 years and she has regular vet visits, but this is the first I've heard of these 10+ disease she "probably has". While I understand informing patients, he did not give me a moment to interject to explain anything about her behaviors or health history. Disappointing experience to be honest.

The whole check in process was quick since I checked in before hand. I wanted it to be as quick as possible so my cat Oliver wouldn’t be stressed long. When it came down to the shots the Technitian and vet were kind and fast you could tell my kitty was comfortable with them since he didn’t move around or meow. I’ll be back here again ! Great experience

VETCO TOTAL CARE IS THE BEST!!!!! I so pleased with how carefully they handle my fur baby Mamacita. Everyone was so kind and polite… KRISTINE is god gift to the pet world. She is very professional and personal when it came to explaining what was going on with Mamacita. From the beginning she has made us feel like family. Checking on us making sure Mamacita med intakes are going smoothly. And her advice!!! Omg she had an answer to every question and tips on how to make everything go smoothly. She had mad the environment at the hospital not only comfortable for me but for my fur baby as well she is great!!! Me and mamacita loves and appreciate her and can’t wait until our next visit.

The entire fish section is forgotten, the last time I went I could see at least 25 dead fish if not more, the fish tanks with algae, mold, many fish tanks without adequate filtration.
The saltwater fish tanks seem to be rotten inside, the betta fish are dead in the places where they are kept, I am honestly disappointed in all of that, in the end they are animals too, they suffer and die like the rest of the beings on this planet.
