My groomer the dogs have had for years left. This new groomer started giving me disciplinary grooming advice before I left the store about what happens if the dog gets impatient. I should have left at that time. My dog had curly long hair. She shaved her completely to the point she looks like a different breed. And to top it off it's uneven! Horrible job.

I was very unhappy and unsatisfied with the $15 extra charge for a matting fee and my dog was not matted at all. Sarah will never groom my dog again.

Photos from this to that Petco grooming messed my baby up and cut him on the back of his neck and gone tell me it was an irritation and she couldn’t even finish the job. Then gone refer me to a veterinarian so that they can finish her job. So now who’s going to pay for that. Now my baby has no body hair but a head and face full. Talking about he won’t let me clean his ears nor close to his face. If you shaved all his hair off and cut him why would he. Unsatisfied customer.
