I've been going to location for a while, although often disappointed with service (they would forget to do add-one that I paid for, would cut hair the wrong length, etc). & The last three times that I've booked an appointment, either nobody was there to check us in or i had to wait 20 minutes because they only had one person doing check-in knowing there were multiple morning drop offs. Honestly a shit show and they're not getting any other chances from me- book at your own risk!

Check your receipts they're going to over charge you and even when the cashier tells the manager they made a mistake SARAH will still think you're lying and will make you stand there while they check cameras. I believe Sarah doesn't think her employees can do their job and believes every customer if there to steal..

The only problem here is that the entrance is not easy to find, you have to like know where to park or you will be freezing cold walking down under parking lot of another store to get to the main entrance of petsmart

After a horrible experience at a local vet (Bronzville Animal Clinic), I cam to this PetSmart in The South Loop to their grooming department and met groomer Eva. She entered my dog's information so quickly and was done before I knew it. She gave me a total time of 15 min and she was done in 10! My pup was born with a defective toenail that grows quickly and curves and Eva shaped it right up without my pup having once. I used to bathe my dog myself but I may try Eva's skills a little more often I just know I'm not going back to Bronzville Clinic. Anybody know a good vet, local, please let an Educated Queen know!

Customer service is usually good and staff are helpful. Store is clean and prices are reasonable...my dog enjoys his visits which he expects the treats behind the counter at ch3ck out...lol. The actual location is good but the parking garage is creepy because it's really dark. Overall I would recommend and typically make monthly trips to this location.

Poor customer service. I was cancelled same day because the groomer had COVID but they were not accommodating to help reschedule. I made a scheduling error and Mars in the groomer was extremely unprofessional and rude when I asked if she could accommodate me since they cancelled on me same day last week. She rolled her eyes and gave major attitude when I asked. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

We have a love/dislike relationship with this location in particular. We love the ease of booking the appointments and free parking. However, our pup’s grooming is inconsistent, even when utilizing the same groomer. Those small details are missed which creates a sooner appointment back. Maybe we need to be more detailed, but also more questions should be asked.

I've been coming to this Grooming location for some years now, and I was very disappointed when they turned me away on a booked appointment for having a muzzle on my dog. Supposedly, there's a "policy" on that which isn't anywhere on their website or on any email notifications they send you confirming your appointment. How was I supposed to know about this "muzzle policy?" It was a big inconvenience, because I even took off work to get my dog groomed. I asked to speak to a manager and she couldn't even tell me where I can look up this "policy." The manager was no help whatsoever. My dog does great at the groomers, never had an issue. Excuse me if I was just being a responsible dog owner of a large dog and knowing that she is not friendly with other dogs. I was just taking an extra precaution since I had to walk all the way to the back of the store with my dog to get to the salon and then for them to refuse services. If I could give 0 stars I so would, because they don't even deserve 1 star. The whole team including the manager were very unpleasant and very unprofessional. I will not be returning to petsmart for their grooming services after this incident.

Just so disappointed I wish I could give negative stars . This was the second time I took my dog for grooming services just because first time experience was good . Because of good experience first time , I even chose an expensive package thinking it will be much better . But so disappointed first with the rude behavior of the staff . The lady with purple hair extensions /colors seems to be the worst leader a business can have . She is so rude and doesn't even apologize for her mistakes but asks customers to leave asap. Wish I noted her name . The groomer was another character , first she broke the flea collar of my dog which was very expensive from soresta and then told us about how we can fix it at home . Now coming to services , my dog is not cleaned properly neither his nails are trimmed nor he has been given the so called furminator luxury package which is suppose to help with deshedding but instead now just by touching him it's whole bunch of hairs coming into the hand. On top of it , he was shit scared after the services which was not the case first time . Never ever going to this shitty place ever again especially with bunch of egoistic , rude people working there with zero empathy for customers.

Petsmart lost one of their best groomers who had been grooming my now 15yo dog for years. When I called to schedule an appointment with someone else, Erica (the salon leader) refused service due to his age. I will not support them any longer as they refuse service to older aged dogs.

It looks clean and well-stocked and they carry my preferred cat litter as well as a wide variety of cat food options (I only feed wet food). The parking lot is on the underground level. Immediately upon turning into the parking structure (Canal St entrance), you’ll see a ramp to your right leading down to the Petsmart lot. If you pass it up, you can also use the ramp on the far end of the lot that connects all 3 levels of the lot. This is also the ramp you’ll use if you use the Roosevelt entrance. Parking in this lot is free.
