This review is specifically for the grooming department. We took our dog here yesterday after our normal provider had to cancel. By far the worst grooming job ever done in the 6 years of owning this dog. I dont think they even tried. Would not recommend to anyone who has a non shedding dog, they made him so so ugly, he literally looks like a rat. We've been to multiple other places in the city, all of them are better than this one.

I had a great experience today with Wendy in grooming. I have a senior dog who is nervous and difficult to groom. Wendy was very accommodating and nurturing to my little old lady dog and did a great job. We will definitely be back to visit Wendy!

The store was poppin on a Sat night! Their prices are expensive, isn’t everything? But, if you adopt a dog they give you tons of coupons that are really helpful. I think it was the manager who checked me out and he was so nice!

Darlings! My fur Baby- Sunny truly believes she lives in this N. Elston petsmart Hotel and occasionally comes to my house to visit me. She absolutely loves her petsmart family- Johnny, Teri, Heather, Idalia, Dimitri,(Managers) and Associates- Byron, Sandra, Katya, Lukas, Milton, Anthony, John, Donna, David, Abraham, Joey, Erik Devonta, and Jessica. These are some of the kindest humans. They take really good care of my fur baby. Thank you! I have been really impressed by their professionalism, attentiveness, and care over the years. Their groomers have been great, too - Wendy, CJW, and Jesslyn. Thank y'all for all that you do. We appreciate you 🙏🏾 ❤️

I suspected that my dog wasn’t being fed and when he returned home with his wet food bag still full of food, I was met with excuses and disinterest. Apparently if the day camp is full, negligence is acceptable. Some great people work here but unfortunately the day camp manager is unprofessional and dismissive and neither the corporate office nor the store manager are any help for any type of concern.
