No flea meds for cats. Whole wall of options for dogs and not one thing for cats. Ridiculous.

They need to prioritize the customers 1st instead of conversing w/ customers and feeding/petting dogs. No one should have to wait until your conversation is over or done petting a dog to get there order ESPECIALLY WHEN EVERYTHING IS VISIBLE through that huge glass window ;) and this is coming from a dog mom

It was a pretty good experience (the staff was very friendly) except that they didn’t perform all the grooming services that I paid for… what was done was great, but why was I charged for services that weren’t performed?

My grooming appointment was modified to a new groomer and new time without informing me via email, sms, or phone. Was met with extreme disrespect by the groomer covering the shift of my normal groomer for being late and they also refused the job after traveling to the store. Wouldn't trust my pet with the staff here again.

Great experience. My pup's first full groom and Kayla did a beautiful job to transform my scraggly, wiggly pup into a handsome gentleman ❤️

Took 3 of my cats to Petsmart on Halsted to get groomed, nails clipped, and a wash. Kayla took care of all 3, and did a wonderful job!!!!

The manager here makes my life. I come into the store regularly with my doodle, and she literally stops what she's doing and -- get this -- comes to my dog and says, "I love you, Duchess!" to give her snacks. The quality of care from how they lay out the store, to knowing the dogs and the owners in the community melts me.

Eden at checkout was SO helpful and nice! He found a $15 coupon for the dog food I was buying to save me money (without me even asking!). Stellar guy and a HUGE credit to this store! Thank you Eden!!!

Racist and very prejudice in there handling of adoptions. And I’m glad I’m not the only person who’s brought this up as there is another review on here from a mother and her daughter both being Black folks. My story starts with the manager telling me she personally handles narrowing down candidates and that she wants to make sure they go to a great home. No problem, we are on the same page. I’m a pet person and have had my pets for half my lifetime in a loving home. I’ve had 4 applications rejected back to back for different kittens. I don’t know what they want from a potential candidate. I’m starting to think the manager is in no way making decisions in good faith but rather in a prejudice manner. All in all terrible experience, I don’t know whether you need to be from the lgbtq community or just be white. But if you’re neither they look at you like you’re unviable or some type of caveman that lacks the emotional intelligence and cognizance of handling an animal. I’ve been to a plethora of pet smarts in my lifetime and have actually adopted before on the same day so I don’t know what these people are doing in this branch. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Do not go here. I had filled out an adoption application from the Anti-Cruelty Chicago for this kitten that I wanted to adopt, & this was 3 days ago. I found out that this kitten has been transferred to this Wrigleyville location so I called them Wednesday night & asked about the kitten. The woman on the phone said that they closed at 9pm, & it was only 6:30 pm so I went ahead & took a Lyft ride to get over there. As I came into the store, the woman at the register sounded more like she's annoyed, & didn't want to be bothered when I asked her the process of adoption because it's coming from the Anti-Cruelty shelter. She told me go over there by the cat cage & scan the sku code on the paper & my apple from the Anti-Cruelty popped up. I told the woman - hey my application popped up- what's next? She says in a nonchalant speaking words that they will choose who they want to give the kitten too, not the Anti-Cruelty. I would've just ignore it, but she was very unprofessional, & I can say a little rude. To make the story short, there's no communication between the shelter & them & screw those who's wanting to adopt the kitten. Today, 3 days later, I called the store. A man picked up the phone, & I asked him about the kitten. The reason why was because my application said it's still in the "approval" mode. No one called me, no one emailed me. I told the man you all are very unprofessional. Never will step in there or will adopt any pets that's affiliated with Petsmart at Wrigleyville!!

Meh. Smaller footprint store means they don't carry the refrigerated food I purchase for my dog, instead staff recommends I go down the street to other stores. Interesting way to pay the bills. Prices are high, but expected for the area.

I’ve been taking my dog here to be groomed for almost 2 years and after his last appointment, we will not be returning. As usual they tell me it will take 2-3 hours. After the 4th hour passes, I call and they inform me he won’t be ready for another hour and a half. My dog is the size of a loaf of bread and he wasn’t even there for a full haircut. They had him in a cage for over 3 hours before they even started working on him. To top it all off, they didn’t even finish the job and offered to finish it the next day “for free”. If I didn’t come to get him before they told me to, he would’ve been in that small room for over 5 hours with no food and no potty break. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for grooming services.
