"I had an incredibly disappointing experience when dropping my chihuahua off at PetSmart with Jennifer. The groomer was unprofessional and mishandled my dog, dragging her in a way that made it clear she was struggling to walk. During this process, my dog's eye even bulged out. I had expressed to her that I would be picking my dog up after 4:00 pm, but Jennifer told me that wasn’t possible because she was leaving at 2:00 pm, and if I didn’t like it, I could reschedule. At that point, I no longer felt my dog was safe in her care, so I decided to return just minutes after leaving her there to retrieve her. I am appalled by the lack of care and professionalism, and I will not be returning."

Had the worst experience with the groomer Jennifer. She was dragging my 6 lbs. Chihuahua refused to pick her up. Her excuse was that she had to make sure my Chihuahua was walking dragged her through the hallway to take her to the back. I asked them to bring me my dog back and spoke to the manager about the situation. If they are dragging her in front of me I can imagine what they do to her in the back.

first of all the manager & another staff member do not know their own store policy - i purchased full cheeks bedding (pet smarts personal brand) and since was online order it’s was hard from then to find the receipt through phone number & petsmart acct and they refused to accept a return without a receipt willing to provide an id to return the product and according to their website they are suppose to - thank you weird karen that was one of the cashiers who seem to have a chip on her shoulder

SO YOU WANT ME TO SHOP HERE, BUT I CAN'T USE THE RESTROOM? THE FEED STORE ON 5408 S HARLEM HAS MUCH BETTER PRICES! And WAY better customer service! Will not be coming back for any of my 6 pets.

I recently moved from the area, but I rather drive 30-45mins here every month to bring my fury baby for grooming. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable(shout out to Breanna). The store is always clean and organized. Thank you!

My husband and I have no complaints when it comes to Luigi R. Taking care of our chewie . He always comes out looking so handsome thanks to Luigi . The customer service is amazing and he ALWAYS makes sure our pup is comfortable and we are satisfied. . Thank you

Great place. No appointments needed to have your dog's nails done, but you need an appointment To have their hair Cut other than That greareplace, take your dog with you inside.
Friendly people.
