I felt discriminated at this petsmart went in to adopt a kitten last weekend there was no animal info cards on the cage on Friday. Till I went the next day and still no cards had to ask an employee and filled out my application to adopt a kitten I fell in love with, I was the first one to till out the application but somehow somebody else got the kitten and felt discriminated I feel like they chose to whom the animal be with.The policy they had before was way better than now.

I typically have an amazing experience walking in. However today I had a bit of an odd experience. The cashier seemed to be extremely upset. I tried to introduce myself and asked his name and he said "I didn't give you my name" I hope I didn't do anything to upset him and if I did that wasn't my intention. I hope he's ok

Grooming area is atrocious. The staff wouldn’t even hold onto my dog’s leash while I ran back to my car to get his rabies papers, yet their cashiers regularly put their hands in dogs mouths feeding them treats. So stupid. Literally the only reason I come here anymore is because it is convenient to where I live, and they generally have my dog’s refrigerated food in stock.

I had a grooming appointment for my dog scheduled three weeks in advance for Saturday at 10 AM with Nora. At 9:15 AM on the day of the appointment, they called to inform me that Nora had called out, so my appointment had to be rescheduled. While I understood these things happen, they rescheduled me for the next day at 2:30 PM without informing me it would be with a different groomer.
When I checked my dog in with the new groomer, Austin, everything seemed fine initially. However, I received a call ONE HOUR LATER saying my dog was “ready for pickup.” The person on the phone started rambling about how my dog’s tongue was cut and bleeding, repeatedly referring to my dog as a “he,” which made me question if they had the right client. I asked if my dog was okay, and he assured me she was fine but said it was policy to discontinue services. This wasn't true because a previous groomer had nicked her ear, yet her haircut was still completed.
I asked if the haircut was half-finished, and he confirmed it was. When I asked what I should do, he suggested rebooking for another time. Upon arrival, I saw my dog's nose had been shaved down to the skin. When I asked Austin why, he said he didn’t finish the face and then walked away. Since then, my dog has been rubbing her face a lot due to the irritation from being shaved bald.
The person at the front desk suggested booking for the following week, but I explained we were leaving for vacation, which is why I had booked the original appointment. They then rebooked for Monday. My fiancé had to take the morning off from work to get her finished, which only took 30 minutes because she was nearly done when Austin discontinued the service, apparently because he isn't used to dogs that lick.
When my fiancé asked if we would be charged full price, given the rescheduling, the time off work, and the inconvenience of picking her up in the pouring rain after one hour, and Austin cutting her tongue, the groomer today said yes and charged him the full $85.

I take my dog for his grooming to this place every month. The employee Akylai over steped with us. She starts to tell me what I have to do with my dog in terms of neutering. He was a little excited (our dog is a puppy). We love this place and other employees love him and told us that our dog is always well behaved. Please check your costumer services with some employees because the rest of the people is great.

Nora did an amazing job on our dog Clancy! So patient and thorough. She is the best!
