I've been going to the Brickyard Petsmart since they first open in my community. They recently moved their store across the street. The place looks beautiful but the service is horrible in 15 or 20 years and never had an issue with them. Today Jasmine makes me wait in line to check out Approximately 20 minutes. I asked her if she can call for help. She completely ignores me. She was unprofessional and she had the biggest hickey on her neck. You guys need to hire a more professional staff Will attach a picture of Jasmine and her super large hickey for your review. Dennis finally stood up to help but he obviously needs some training at the register. He refused to give me the sale price without signing up for your discount card first time I've seen you guys do that.

Employees have no clue what they’re doing. I came in to buy feeder ghost shrimp and when I asked for help I was initially told there was no shrimp in stock. I wait to be assisted to show the employee where the shrimp are that I’ve seen and I inform her those shrimp are in the wrong tank because those shrimp are ghost shrimp. She says they’re chocolate shrimp?? $5.99. I inform her again that maybe there was a mix up because those aren’t chocolate shrimp and she calls someone else over who looks at the shrimp already in the ready to go bag and he goes “Yeah that’s a ghost shrimp!” Then he comes closer to the same tank, looks around the shrimp tags and then goes it’s another type of shrimp. These people don’t even know what shrimp they have in stock and honestly whoever sorted out the shrimp couldn’t tell the difference between the colors black and transparent. $5.99 for a feeder shrimp that is marketed at 50 cents is unbelievable. Don’t even get me started on how disgusting the conditions these poor creatures are living in are. Pointed out a dead shrimp right in front of me as they were trying to figure out what kind it was. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this Petsmart and honestly it’s a shame.

They don’t have enough food for pupy on a salmon flavor always I have to check at 2 or 3 places before J can have the one my dog eat

I bought a female betta fish from the downtown location 7:30 PM but she wouldn't get along with my other female betta so I had to return her next day (not even a full 24hours) . I called and was told I could exchange/return etc. at any location and it shouldn't be a problem. I went to the closet location and it was this one! Came in no one was at the registers (none of them) so I walked to register 1 and stood there. 2 other women walked up to register 3 and a woman came and rung them up instantly. So I'm like ok weird. Whatever. I stand behind them. A new line opens and a lady says she can take me. I let her know about the fish. I had my receipt, I'm a member, fish was still in original bowl and water it came in. She says one sec. Turns to the girl next to her (heavy set, brown hair) and she goes I can't take this back. You have to take it back to where you bought it. I reply it's a 30 min drive, $8 to park and the fish was only $4 and doesn't get along with the my other female beta. I just don't want it to die. She said we can't take this. So I went to my car called the store manager for the fish return policy. He said "it shouldn't be an issue" so I went back in same store later and they accepted the return. The motto is where we care about your pets. Whom ever the lady with the brown ponytail that instantly told me does not

I took my long haired, black cat for her very first grooming with Jenna. She did a great job! My cat looked and smelled great! She took her time to really clean and fluff her up. Thanks Jenna! We'll see you again!

I booked online for an appointment and stated she was not pregnant but she’s nursing her babies. PetSmart should definitely state they can’t take nursing dogs instead of wasting my time driving to an appointment that was cancelled . Took my dog who just had babies a week ago and they couldn’t take her in for just a bath!! Stated I’m not supposed to til she’s at least 2 months. When the doctor told me it’s okay to bathe her after 2-5 days after birth.. Go to Bark out Loud on Irving park and long . They were able to help me bathe her days before she gave birth and after. The owner is Amazing! And reasonable prices. I won’t be coming back .

I had a grooming appointment with someone I believe name is Patricia and it was horrible. There were at least 6 people waiting to get check in. After I left him it took 5-6 hours for her to finish. Don’t ever book any appointments with anyone from here unless it’s with cassadi. She seems to be the only person that actually knows what she is doing. It only took 2 hours last time she groom and bath my dog.

THANK YOU MICHELLE, YOU SHOWED ME GOOD PEOPLE DO EXIST AND YOU GIRL ARE THE BEST!!! I dropped my phone in this Petsmart yesterday shattering the screen to pieces:(, as if it couldn't get worse I left behind some of my little guy's food as well. I raced back checking the carts and ended up leaving. Thinking forsure they were gone, without even checking inside. Just came back in today to get more food and there was Michelle holding my food. Petsmart you better recognize this girl, you are lucky to have her there. Again, thank you Michelle your kindness does not go unnoticed!!

Don't shop at pet smart no receipt or any other poof of purchase you won't get refund of any kind even your point card won't help and customer service are rude please shop at chewy walmart or any pet store but not pet smart you will be stuck with a purchase you bought any don't need besides the customer service are very rude and you don't need that. I would never buy their anymore after this experience .

last time i brought my dog to get groomed. Cassadi did a terrible job . he came out smelling like wet dog and stated “she did the best she can” but i decided to give them a second chance . I scheduled his next appt for 4:30 with DELILAH . she called me early morning asking if i can bring in my dog around 230, me being understanding, i said that was okay. When i arrive, she asked me if I had brought his proof of rabies with me. she did not tell me anything over the phone beforehand or even a week before the appt to bring it in. she stated she couldn’t groom my puppy unless i had proof. I tried calling his vet in front of her but they’re closed on weekends so I was unable to reach them. I offered if i can head home since i only live 5 mins away to get the copy and she said unfortunately no since my puppy was her last grooming of the day and she even said “my apologies i should’ve told you beforehand” . SMH!!! she then rescheduled my appt . I was beyond upset she’s the one who made me push my appt up to 230 when it was originally 430!!! I honestly felt like she just wanted to get over with her day. Unprofessional . again her name was DELILAH. never again taking my puppy to PetSmart . terrible service . I will be taking my puppy to a place where they actually CARE for pets.

Went to buy dog food and when I asked to have them price match a competitor that I've used at multiple PetSmart's before I was told they can't price match.When I asked them why they can't price match and that I've done this at other PetSmart's without an issue I was told that this specific store doesn't price match because they have been losing a lot of money doing it.What's the point of a price match guarantee if the store isn't going to honor it.
