I can’t recommend Phil highly enough. When you’re in need of car help, it’s rare to find someone who is as readily available, skilled at what he does, and honest and straightforward when it comes to giving a reasonable quote as Phil is. I came in not knowing what could be done to help take care of my damage, but Phil put my mind at ease immediately by getting right to work.
The door looks better than it did before i even had the accident, and that’s partly because Phil took it upon himself to fix scratches that were already there!

A deer hit me a month ago driving back from Indy. Thankfully I was able to limp back to Dyer. After calling my Insurance Company I advised them without hesitation to make Phil's Collision my repair shop on my Nissan Pathfinder. I used Ed and his son a year ago for my daughter's car and I couldn't have been happier. Ed and his team did not let me down. They took my car in only 12 hours after that deer wrecked my front end. Ed and his son remembered me and made me feel like I was in good hands and once again they gave me the red carpet customer service and job completed well done!!! If you haven't found this hidden gem in our backyard try them. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Ed, Eddie and your entire team for taking care of me and my wife's Pathfinder.

Phil and Nick have been phenomenal throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, approachable, and attentive to every detail. They truly are perfectionists and experts in their craft. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, provided me with clear updates, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. My vehicle looks as good as new, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

I tried to touchup some chips on the hood of my 11th gen civic si. I did not do a good job and I was worried I was going to have to spend $1000+ to get my hood repainted. I looked up auto body shops near me and Phil's Auto Body was the first one to pop up, I called and explained my situation, Phil told me that I would most likely have to get the hood resprayed, but offered for me to bring the car in for him to take a look. I brought the car in and instead of charging me $1000+ to respray the hood, Phil offered to sand down the paint and reassured me that it would look like new, even showing me some previous work to ease my worries. I put my trust in Phil and I am not disappointed. The damaged area looks like new, and Instead of making $1000+ dollars off me, he gave me a much cheaper option that still turned out amazing and even did it the same day. One of the few trust worthy body mechanics In Chicago, he's the man to go to.

i’m very pleased with the work they did on my car back in August. i hit a pole and wasn’t able to open my passenger door. luckily this place got it working + bent back into shape within the day. only took a few hours and they did a surprisingly nice job making the work look clean. not only that but i got a really good deal and the price was more than reasonable. i was very impressed and will definitely be back!!!

Phil and his son Nick did a fantastic job on my rear passenger door after a fender bender this winter. It’s my 3rd time sending a car to them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are perfectionists with their work and even gave my car a good wash after even though it’s snowing. They’re honest and charge a fair price. If you need body work done, be sure to call Phil but only starting 3pm since they work late.

I had a dent on the passenger door of my 2017 Honda Accord fixed this past week. I had a great experience with this place. Fast and nice done service for a fair price. Thank you so much for your service Phil. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

I can see why Phil’s Auto Body is so highly recommended. The service was amazing! Did exactly what I asked them to do, and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t ask for. He even drove over to jump start my car when it wouldn’t start, and fixed other things (like my car door) for no extra charge. I hope this place stays in business for as long as I can drive a car. I’ll be going here for all my repair needs, and won’t hesitate to refer anyone else. I really can’t say enough great things about Phil’s. He always picked up the phone, was open during convenient hours, and really went out of his way to provide excellent service.
