We stopped by their booth at the Illinos Expo today and got some of the most amazing tofu I've ever had! Bonus, the owners were very nice people. I can't wait to see more of their products locally.

Got some of the Sweet and Spicy Eggplant Tofu Salad at the Green City Farmers Market and I wish i had bought more. This is a flavor explosion! Could not recommend it more. Thanks Phoenix Bean! This was a real treat
