Came here for a scheduled and confirmed urine drug screen. Waited for a long time just to learn that this location cannot do the test that I am required and was told to another location mile and a half away. Extremely slow and disorganized place. Employees seem to not care and are a bit incompetent.

Best urgent care I have been to because it was so fast and easy I could not believe it. Both the nurse and doctor were so kind, even asked how to say my name correctly which was thoughtful! Got treated for covid here and everything went smoothly afterward. Will be back if I need to be! - Yes you may feature my review!

Excellent, relatively quick! We registered and waited “in line” from home. Arrived and was seen within 10min. I want to give a big shout out to the PCT who was so kind and patient with my child. We were in and out in about 30min!

My son and I had flu-like symptoms, so I made an appointment to see a doctor at Physicians Immediate Care. LOVED it. They were so kind and helpful. The nurse was amazing and the PA was great as well. They treated us with kindness and went above and beyond to provide great care. I’m so thankful that we found this place!

Been to this place like 5 times over the last two months, I don’t even want to see my regular doctor anymore:))( he is good, but far).. this place is so close to my house, very convenient parking, super easy registration, and the staff is so great. Service is super fast, and doctors are fantastic, friendly and feels like they do care, not just trying to rush the process:)).. my definitely most favorite urgent care ever

I have been so satisfied with the care I and my family have received from here! I am grateful for the ease in scheduling an appointment so I don’t have to wait long. I feel like I am listened and the medical care has been spot on. Physicians Immediate Care is an important asset to this neighborhood.

The worst. They refused to get me an X-ray and they’re the “experts “ right? Next day I go to my gp and she says why wouldn’t they give you an X-ray. Waste of time and deductibles

The doc was great. The receptionist was very unfriendly and had zero compassion about my condition. They also overcharged me, even though my copay is stated clearly on my insurance card. Now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back, which from the time of service to actual reimbursement will take over a month. Make sure to talk to the person at the reception and point out your copay amounts on your insurance card, because it seems like they charge whatever they please, and round up, leaving you to deal with the refunds etc. later.UPDATE: it’s been well over a month and I still didn’t get my money back. It’s ridiculous

The name Physicians Immediate Care is exactly what it is supposed to mean.The minute I walked in after my unfortunate accident with bleeding and dislocated fingers I was taken care off with no delay by nurses and doctors.Doctor Michael and all the nurses are very professional, knowledgeable and caring people.
