Incredibly slow. The people were nice but the service was not efficient and I felt like my day had been wasted. I made an online appointment and I arrived 15 min early, as I was asked. I waited for ~40 min past my appointment time to be called in even though the place was empty. I was brought into a room and had my vitals taken then waited 40 more minutes before a PA came in. Then I was sent for xrays, which were quick, and came back to the same room and again waited 40 more minutes before someone came back in to check on me and give me an update on the xrays. I spent 2.5 hours here for something I had hoped to be simple and quick. They also sent me away with a flat shoe for my foot injury, but couldn't answer my questions about if i would be billed for it. I wish they had been quicker and more transparent about everything they were doing and given me an itemized receipt for what they intended to bill. Today is April fools day, and I'm a fool for going here.

Came in on Monday confident I had strep throat. The quick test in the office came back negative so the NP changed all her guidance to say it must be a virus despite every text book strep symptom. They sent an additional test out to the lab and told me they would call 24 hours if it was positive. They called me THURSDAY, a whole 72 hours of feeling like crap later, to say yeah you have strep and need antibiotics. At this point, I’m not even sure why I would have to pay for this visit. Won’t be going back.

Outstanding urgent care experience from start to finish. I booked for my sick child in the middle of the night and snagged the first available appointment. I registered online, walked in, did not have to complete any additional paperwork and was seen exactly on time. Everyone who interacted with us was professional and warm. We had test results quickly and were discharged with a prescription. A+++ experience

I had an abscess in my back and the nurse and the doctor were very patient friendly and were sympathetic in helping me. The doctor told me what I had and proceeded to tell me step by step what she was going to do. I would highly recommend this place.

Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the medical staff. The facility is beautiful and modern, and extremely conveniently located. I will be back if I ever need medical attention. They are my ‘go to’ for urgent care.

I stopped by this location last week and saw the PA-C, Haley, and the tech Caroline. Both were absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend this clinic for any urgent care needs.You should disregard any poorly rated reviews, they do not reflect the excellent care these workers provide!

Very accommodating! They have water bottles, snacks, tissues, and hand sanitizer in the lobby, and it is very clean and efficient. I came as a walk-in and was in and out within an hour! They have COVID tests and flu tests with results that only take 10 minutes. Erica at the front desk was welcoming and Lauren the PA was very knowledgable. They also accept many types of insurance, including Medicaid. Overall, great clinic!

As an urgent care clinic and a walk in I understand there was going to be a waiting time before I was seen by the provider. That being said I was lucky it was not as much as I thought (arrived at 1:36 pm and was seen at 2:16pm, walked out of the clinic at 2:56pm) The check in process was very smooth. All the staff were super nice. The nurse explained all the steps and when I had to wait for my test results. Once I got my results, the physician explained everything clearly and gave me the recommendations to follow at home. Everything was super clean and nicely arranged

Two reasons I like this place is the nurse practitioners seem more knowledgeable and helpful than other spots I’ve gone to. Also I’ve had better experiences with waits. It seems they actually manage their appointments properly and don’t overbook. Which is great when you’d otherwise have to sit in a room full of sick people. Much appreciated.

I went in for X-rays and was seen very quickly. The staff (front desk, intake, X-ray tech, and PA) were so incredibly helpful. Professional and human—we joked with one another and it really put me at ease. Would definitely recommend this clinic over the others I’ve been to.

The entire experience was great! The nurse and PA listen to me and were very attentive to my issues. I had been sick for 3 weeks and they really wanted me to have some relieve before thanksgiving.

Recently relocated to Chicago and had a health issue Day 1. Felt vulnerable and scared. Every single interaction I had was amazing. Caring, thoughtful, kind folks. The assistant was lovely as he took my vitals. The doctor took time to talk to me about concerns and to answer questions. Better experience than I have had at my primary care. Hopefully, I won’t need to be back, but if I do? I won’t be afraid.

Almost everytime I’ve gone to the doctors and saw the medical assistant they were a little rude but not this place! I did a walk in for a sore throat I was having, waited only about 10 minutes max and the receptionist was really nice with getting things done. The medical assistant that helped me (idk her name!) was very friendly and made good small talk! I feel like if I was dying on the bed she’d tell me it’s okay sugar and rip out her kidney for me if I needed it. 10/10 I loved this place and would definitely come back
