After being there for two hours today, I still didn’t even see a doctor. Everyone that came after me was long gone while I sat in the back room waiting for a “telehealth appointment” Because apparently there was no doctor there, and they didn’t say anything to anyone prior to coming in.
Do not recommend!

I received immediate help for a viral infection and I am very grateful for the care I received. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient, and made me feel safe and well looked after. Excellent clinic — highly recommended.

Patients read this first: please go to another place! I was seen here, diagnosed, given general instructions. I called back to request medication, was told I will have to make another visit for medication (so they can charge again), despite all labs being completed. I asked to be called back by a Dr, was told they will call me back and never did. I’ve been in a huge amount of pain last 3 days thanks to this place. Front desk receptions couldn’t be less interested in helping you. Drs will forget about you when you need them the most. You’re just a customer, not a patient.

Got to your urgent care. The lady sitting at the desk attending to me, was very friendly, very helpful, sweet person. She’s a keeper. Being attendant to everybody in the back was very nice. When I was in the room. Very clean, very friendly. Doctor took very good care of me.

I arrived earlier than my appt as trying to catch a flight and they got me in. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! My whole family loves- this urgent care is our go-to for healthcare!

I came in having a partially controlled allergic reaction to dairy - a dangerous, but somewhat stable condition - and they were very quick to put me under the appropriate supervision. They also gave me an injection to weaken the immune overreaction, which made me stable enough to get discharged in time to take my licensing exam! They helped me in a timely enough fashion that a serious crisis was averted, and I still had time to get on with my day! I call that a win.

I probably would avoid this place if possible. The workers were disinterested and tried to rush through the appointment, however, the real issue was the amount of charges they tacked on after the appointment. I was originally told that everything was covered when I left, but a few weeks later, I had a $200 charge. Then, another few weeks later, I had a $450 charge added for urine tests that I never asked for. I find it crazy that I was in the office for approximately fifteen minutes and my insurance was in-network.

Had what sure enough was determined to be a bacterial infection. I walked in, no appointment and never had been but knew it was in my PCP's network, wait was about 25 minutes, all the healthcare professionals were fantastic. Left about 60min later feeling relieved for a diagnosis and a Zpack rx. Thanks again! (wud recommend, espcially if in-network)

So happy to have PIC down the street. Whenever one of us is sick, we can get a same day appt and get answers quickly. Great with kids!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I called ahead to confirm it was okay to walk in before closing, and was told it was fine. When I arrived, the front desk staff member, Sydney, was extremely rude and dismissive. When I explained what I was told on the phone, she said the operator “lied” to me and then laughed about it. Her attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. Another staff member was polite, but the way I was treated at the front desk was unacceptable. As a medical professional myself, I understand policies — the issue wasn’t the cutoff time, it was the disrespect. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Took an Uber here to get an x-ray only to be told you don’t do x-rays for ribs which not sure how that’s a thing but then when I asked her receptionist where she would recommend I go she’s snotty and snood and childishly said you could try the emergency room Your little receptionist is rude and uncaring and is terrible manners for being in a medical field.

Overall my care was great, the doctor and nurse were wonderful. As for the front desk, PLEASE check your attitude. Being right away rude to people coming in for help will discourage them from seeking out help in the future. They’re already vulnerable coming in there sick. I understand it’s a long day but you should be mindful of how you talk to people. I noticed the other person who was trying to check in also was getting annoyed with it as well. I had a long day of being sick and having to work through it so the last thing I need is attitude from literally anyone. Tone matters, Please do better.
