This shop has the most beautiful jewelry made by amazing local and international artists. Every time I've visited the customer service has been fantastic with very knowledgeable staff that always source the perfect pieces for my friends and family. The quality of materials and stones are top notch and I would 10/10 recommended Pistachio's for all your gifting (or collecting!) needs.

I wIll never return to Pistachios & don't recommend that people come. Both my friend's and my permanent bracelet broke within a few short weeks and they were incredibly rude and lacked empathy when we attempted to get them re-attached. They have cheap products that don't stay"permanent" as the name would suggest, and deliver incredibly poor customer service.

I got two of my Permanent Bracelets from Pistachios and I love them!! The jewelry tech was so friendly and the staff was incredibly nice. I love that they’re right downtown so I can stop by on my way to other events. Will definitely continue to go to Pistachios for my Permanent Jewelry.

From the moment I first laid eyes on this place on a casual stroll on my way elsewhere, I knew this place had "ME" written all over it. I have purchased many items over the years and I can honestly say I still enjoy my Pistachios pieces very much. After many years of perusing their gorgeous jewelry, I find that the quality, selection and uniqueness remains solid and top notch. Although I don't live in the area anymore, it is still one of my go-to places - it's that great. If you appreciate handcrafted, modern style jewelry, from simple studs to the more avant-garde, this place is for you. A true gem.

January 18. 2021 I made my third purchase with Pistachio's, a pair of earrings with hinged closures. They are dressy and I wore them about 6 times. Just prior to our COVID stay-at-home orders, I decided to wear them to an event. One earring would not close properly and the post broke off. When COVID ramped up and stores were closed, I decided to simply wait for better times. But those did not come. So in October I contacted Pistachio's\ and the person who answered was a woman named Jessica Armstrong, who told me she was the owner of Pistachio's. They were preparing to open again. I said that I had a problem with earrings I had purchased but that if the timing was too difficult for them, I could simply wait. Ms. Armstrong said it was okay to proceed so I explained the problem. She told me I could get them fixed through her and that she would send them to the artist as they probably could not be fixed locally. But she wasn't sure the artist was working or contactable in Switzerland during COVID. She told me she had two pair of these earrings in stock and that we could exchange them. And that she would return the broken ones to the artist. I agreed. She gave me her home address, emphasizing that I would need avoid sending them to the store as they were still closed and had been looted. So I sent mine back to her apartment address and told her on the exact day that I did that as she had indicated she would send the new ones to me that same day. According to post office tracking records that never happened, but the earrings evetually showed up in the trackiong system and did arrive, although not in a timely way (the ones I sent back were taken to the PO on a Thursday afternoon and arrived the following Monday). However, the replacement earrings were also faulty! One of them had no tension whatsoever and just flopped open, which is a recipe for losing them. Where we are now is that with no explanation or introduction, I have been given a woman who goes by Isabella and will not provide her full name. They are closing their current location permanently and Isabella has refused to provide me with a valid address to which to send the second pair that is faulty. I refuse to send them back to a closed store that has been looted. When I told Isabella that, her response is that she is REQUIRING me to buy insurance and I can collect that if the earrings are lost!!!!!!!!!!! Isabella has decided that if I will not do that, they will refuse to address the issue further. Isabella also told me that they do indeed have a PO Box but refuses to provide that address to me, in spite of the fact that I have asked for it multiple times. They have indicated they are going to do only e-commerce so i asked Isabella to provide me with a reasonable way to return the item, assuming that their e-commerce customers would need same. They have been unreasonable and hard to work with. Further, they wouldn't provide any return shipping labels for either the first return or the second. E-commerce customers should be wary of doing business with Pistachio's these days. L M

This review is long overdue as I am a longtime customer. From the moment I first laid eyes on this place on a casual stroll on my way elsewhere, I knew this place had "ME" written all over it. I have purchased many items over the years and I can honestly say I still enjoy my Pistachios pieces very much. Although I no longer live in the area and live an ocean away, I do find myself saving online items to my wishlist and making purchases when I finally make up my mind. My wishlist is endless, my budget is not! After so many years of perusing their gorgeous jewelry, I find that the quality, selection and uniqueness remains solid and top notch. If you appreciate modern style, from simple studs to the more avant-garde, this place is for you. A true gem.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Stumbled upon it completely by accident and I’m so glad I did. It’s a small business run by the 2 nicest women you will ever meet. They were incredibly helpful in helping me pick out a gift for my mom. Huge range of styles and price point, from really affordable to fine jewelry for those really special occasions. It took every ounce of self control not to leave with ten things for myself, but I’ll be back.
