Lately people take 2 or 3 sets of dumbbells and hoard them then don't put them back. There are dumbbells all over the gym but never where theyre supposed to be. Free weight area is a joke. Never enough weights and not enough benches, you have to share with those on the smith machines. I almost never get a chance to do my workouts that require a bench because theyre so hard to come by. Stair masters are always inop as well. I go to this gym because it's close to me and affordable but the disorganization and crowds has me looking for other gyms in the area.

This day I went to the gym like I do every day, unfortunately the person on duty did not let my guest in, he said he could not come in and I met the requirements and from the first day my guest has accompanied me and I never had any problem, we waited 1 hour from 6 in the morning until 7 without the person telling us that he would help us with anything, terrible service .. the gym is not free for a membership every month with my black card, it seemed disrespectful to me that I come at 6 in the morning and they do not let me in every day we come at the same time and I ask, I have never had a problem .. this happened 08/04/25 6 am shift

I always exercised every morning without fail, simce I was 13 yeats old , in the privacy of my home....until I became homeless. Plnet fitmess is always there for you, no maatter what your needs. Very helpful, accomodating, amd respectful to all. This picture was taken at 63 after being homeless on the street 3 years. Now 70, blind,still homeless, and still exercising. No excuses...just do it. Planet Fitness is here for you!

So there was a gus there curly hair with alot of grey in it, saying I couldn't use my black card privileges... He saw the russian on my arm and asked if i was for ukraine and i said thats none of his business and he said i cant use the gym.... I couldn't tan couldnt work out or anything and on a russian street is insane this is super racist at 4:30 on Thursday of the 10th of july incase they try to escape it next time it will be with a lawyer.

I wanted to visit the gym to see it in person before signing up, but they made me wait and never gave me the tour. If this is how they treat someone who is interested in joining, I don't want to imagine what the treatment will be like once you are already a member.

I caught a gross looking pre pubescent weirdo who was recording me while I was doing step up’s today . He had a bad aquamarine/green bad dye job streaks in his black hair and bad acne and glasses and wearing all black with white running shoes . He stopped when I noticed he was recording me .. hopefully I never come across him again .
