I'm extremely disappointed with a recent experience. My wife went in for ice skates last month. She asked the associate how to know if they fit and the rep simply asked "how do they feel?" Not knowing anything about skates my wife thought they were good as they were her normal shoe size. However, after one use the skates were too loose and an employee at the ice rink told her skates need to be a size smaller than normal. Yesterday I tried to return or get store credit for these $60 skates and the store associate said we cannot return them because their return policy is just one week. They offered to resell the skates and give us 30% of the resale but why should we have a $42 loss given the poor service of the original associate who just advised "how do the skates feel"? We should've tried to return them sooner, but we still feel taken advantage of.

Fantastic customer service!!! I was amazed at how much the employees were able to help me. I walked into the store in need of some baseball equipment, along with a tuneup for my bike. Angel was superb at helping me with both- the tuneup and helping me select baseball equipment for my nephew. Angel was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, not to mention, super friendly. Thank you so much again for your help, Angel!

Stopped in about a month ago for a new bike to commute around the city. They were closing soon but the guys at the counter didn't seem too annoyed by my presence and helped me with my questions. I unfortunately didn't have the money to buy a bike right then and there, and ended up getting a bike on OfferUp instead (don't recommend doing that, the bike I got is falling apart) but their knowledge and advice is when helped me find the right bike for me (and it is not their fault I was scammed into a poorly cared-for bike from another vendor). Thank you guys so much!

Just bought a bike from these guys. The customer service was outstanding and it was clear that the staff was very passionate about bikes! They let me try several bikes and made sure to check each one for safety before I took it out. I initially was thinking of ordering a bike online but am so happy I went in person. Highly recommended!!!

I was looking for football cleats for my son, Angel answered the phone and confirmed availability and held them for me at the desk. They only had one left in my son's size. It was in excellent shape and reasonably priced. First visit of many. Thanks Angel!

Kind, quick, and affordable service. They were able to replace my bike tube on the spot and within 10 minutes. Great service!
