Qadeer and Nora were fantastic! They understood exactly what I needed and made me feel as if I was top priority. I can assure you, I am your average PNC member, but they treated me like a top tier business client. From beginning to end, it was a great experience.

I love this office. They always greet everyone with a smile and are very friendly and helpful. Even though I moved farther I still choose to come to the office on Armitage and California.

I always dread going to the bank because, as a somewhat anxious twenty-something who has rarely handled paper checks and doesn't often have a need to be there, I just always feel like I'm out-of-my-depth and floundering when I'm there. But during my visit to the Armitage location today, the young man at the front who assisted me made everything BEYOND easy. He greeted me and asked how he could assist me as soon as I entered the building and then basically walked me through the entire process-- I hardly had to do anything at all. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and personable the entire time as well, really above-and-beyond customer service. He walked me all the way to the teller desk to relay to the employee there (I believe her name was Ashley, if I'm remembering correctly-- I wish I had caught his name as well, but it's escaped me,) what I needed, and then she was absolutely lovely as well, and took very good care of me! Even the third employee present, who was busy helping a spanish-speaking family at the time of my visit, still took the time to greet me when I entered and wish me a nice day when I left. The entire staff was phenomenal, and the young man in particular who walked me through everything was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience super simple, painless, and pleasant. Thank you!

They’re rude and have the most unorganized branch in Chicagoland.Tried to use the atm as I’m a consumer at pnc.They treated me like a thug told me to go around and people had to exit, so that somehow meant I couldn’t use the ATM that I bank with?I don’t know. Moving to Bank of America.PNC is just for foreigners and old people on their way out.

Jacky at this branch made the process of dealing with PNC customer service problems so much easier and more pleasant. I had an odd issue with my online banking and she's been looking out for me just about every step of the way, which is way more than I expected as a first-time visitor of this bank. So grateful for the care and attention!

The people in this branch are nice.1 star to warn people not to get a prepaid PNC credit card. Like the one you need to “start” your credit history. They won’t change your address regardless of how many times you ask them to. Then when you close it and specifically ask to make sure they’re sending the check to the correct address they’ll still send it to the wrong one. Then you have to spend hours on the phone with customer service who just keep saying “it looks like it was processed and sent, you should get it by whatever date”But it never shows up. They just keep moving the date while they keep my money! I plan to close my new PNC credit card and both of my PNC accounts because of this.

This branch is unfortunate. The employees are untrained and consequently unable to provide proper services. As a customer my time was squandered. I was very much taken aback by my service person double talking a remedy to an unauthorized charge. Modern banks are obsolete based on this quality of service. Go elsewhere. Why bother??!!

It's actually super friendly here I have never had a problem anytime I walk in. I walk in and get what I need done and walk out no fuss about it. Not sure why anyone would rate this location bad. Literally the nicest staff.

Really unhelpful branch. Couldn't answer any basic questions on the phone about fees prior to making a decision about opening an account. I understand now why this place has a 2.7 out of 5 stars. They told me to come in to get questions answered during a pandemic rather than answer very simple questions by phone. Definitely won't be opening an account here.

Don't get here they are super greedy, they only gave $400.00 for an iPad 2021 that's worth 1,300.00 dollars. They ended up selling it for 1,000.00 also the customer service was horrible! Didn't even acknowledge me when I came in. You are better off using eBay or an online selling site.
