I really like this bank but I have to give you guys a 1 star today because I had a bad experience today. The bank has a really rude security guard, he was standing by the entrance door blocking and I said excuse me and he replys there is a door right there which I was not aware it was unlock and instead of being a gentleman and open the door he was just leaning on it

The service at this location is AWFUL!!! There's a person at the door who does absolutely nothing. I've tried making appointments but i always end up waiting at least 20 minutes regardless. They did give me a few answers for my questions but even then, the lady had to make a phone to get the information I was looking for. Horrible. Hence why I am a chase customer.

Awful service! Awful follow-through actions. Despite the fact they had the best refi rates from all the companies we inquired from... they were unable to answer thorough questions. I was practically begging them to take my money. I am shocked at their incompetence!
