This place is failing so much. I do not know how some of these clerks are still working here. I just wanted to DEPOSIT money into my husband's debit card or even make a payment on his credit card and they told me that I couldn't! ? I'm making a PAYMENT OR DEPOSITING INTO HIS ACCOUNT NOT trying to Withdrawal from his account. If I want to withdraw I'll just take his cards like I don't have access to it anyway ??

This is the reason banks are failing. I’ve been a customer for several years and never overdrafted till now due to my job having an issue with paychecks. Toll free stated that the branch can remove fees especially if I never have. I walked in and asked Loretta and without even looking at my account she’s refused. First and last time at this branch. I’m going back to my credit union. They actually treat you like a human. Shame on you Loretta.

Outside drive-up ATM is a peculiar spot, the inside ATMs may have cash, and they keep one of those locked from the inside.

I went into this bank on a Saturday and Carolyn asked me if my check was my fraud it was a 401k account attached to the letter and a PNC bank check. She later begin to joke about my hat because she would have never asked me that if I wasn't a black woman. She later called around because the bank didn't have enough money and became nice but it's her job to tell me if the check is fraud and everything check out it's real. There is a difference between stereotype and doing your job. She never ask for my id nor any of my credit cards.

Tellers are not the brightest and all the bankers take lunch at the same time leaving no one there to service the clients. Closing everything PNC in the next few weeks. Customer service is all around awful.

Not sure what is going on with PNC. Very poor customer service and no knowledge of their own products. I called this location and the person had no idea how to answer basic questions about their products. She the took my number to give to a banker to call bank as she didn't know and of course no one called back. Can't recommend this location

Bank workers a awesome, but the bank it self doesn't offer much of anything good for checking or visa debt using. Services are very limited. This bank need to compete with other banks.

This location is one of the worst. Atm's are always down- or ran out of cash. The ATM located on the outside is very unsafe not lit enough and right next to a store where people walk past you while you are entering your information.

Eva Flores had a great attitude and customer service. She made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. Even if I hadn’t of gotten what I needed, I still would have appreciated the process.

This Location stand out above the rest. Friendly, Professional, Efficient. We had an issue & Banker "Eva Flores" went above and beyond to not only resolve our issue, but to help us to be more Security Conscious as well. The entire time (despite the tedious task at hand) she kept a smile on her face & she made us feel like she was more than happy to be helping us. She also took the time to teach us how to utilize online banking.

I can't speak very highly of this bank as a whole-- I've read about some of it's past methods of manipulating transactions to incur fees, which I'm pretty sure still happens ... however-- I will say the people at this particular branch (N & Kimball) have been very helpful to me, so much that I didn't even need to go in to ask them to correct something for me, they refunded my account for several fees, which should not have been there anyway, but I can't remember the last time someone from the bank did that for me without having to barter with them first. The employees here make all the difference.

There atms never work even though they have added another one in the rear. The bankers nor the tellers can ever answer any of my questions. They never go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Today someone broke a window so they closed down the whole bank including they're telephones. But they are all there. Being that I have an emergency with a specific banker who is going in vacation, my problem won't probably be addressed as usual. Avoid this Pnc. @pnc corporation please provide more extensive training to people who are working with our hard earned cash. Thank you.

What I don't understand is why areas with individuals of low economic status receive such terrible customer service. Walked in, to open a bank account at 12:15, the security personnel said oh I dont think we will be able to we close at 1pm, and the tellers are extremely busy, she explains as she points to her list, with all the customers names crossed off but 1. Listen I'm not here to tell anyone how to operate a business but I've been in the customer service field for 7+years and if a customer is in the building before it closes the operating facility should perform services. . I did not come after 1pm but 45 minutes before. They simply wanted to get off sork, and denied a customer service, in that sense lost a customer. It is not the customers fault that their service providers are Ill- equipped to assist its bankers in a time effective manner. Perhaps you should hire more tellers.
