I had to deposit some checks. They let me know there were NO TELLERS and that I would have to use the ATM. PNC there were no letters sent out informing customers about the change. Also the banker was sitting in the lobby with no shoes; just socks on. (X mas socks at that) What kind of unprofessional behavior is this? Just because this is a minority neighborhood; such behavior is unacceptable.

It’s 9:30am and this branch is unreachable by phone. What kind of business ask you to leave a v.m at 9:30am!? They open at 9… ghetto fab!?

Terrible services rendered here. I called the automated system for some general information regarding withdrawal limits, and electronic payments waited on hold for 15 minutes. Called again waited on hold for another 10. This location should truly consider how you all do business. I guarantee in due time this location will not be operable because you all will continuously lose customers. If i were downtown I am sure I would receive top notch speedy services. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I don't care how many PNC banks exist across Chicago, your branches should provide the SAME quality services despite the socioeconomic area. I am going to WINTRUST they have far better services and benefits.

Theres never enough people to help you ATM dont work much they dont return back phone call had a coupon bcuz I opend a account and had to go to the branch and the lady thought I made it up

I went into this branch to get a replacement card after talking to a representative over the phone. I have never had such horrible customer service! I was sent away to bring back extra mail when all I really needed was my i.d which I had. When I got back in i talked to a manager and was assured I would receive a card that day if the machine wasn't down. I waited 30 minutes plus to get told again that I couldn't get my replacement card. They even tried to tell me I couldn't take money out of my own account. After I resolve all of my issues with them i will be leaving PNC for good! I'm very disappointed with that branch. They need to work on coustmer service or get new management that's on the same page!
