I had the most pleasant and efficient experience opening an account with Ms. Igess recently at PNC Bank. It is such a relief to know that you can still get kind, engaging, and skilled customer service in person at a bank. Cheers to PNC Bank and thank you Ms. Igess.

This is essentially an ATM. It is not a bank at all. Do not trust it as a bank or you’ll be very disappointed and it will mess up your day.

There are no tellers at this location, despite it being listed as a branch. There is one person inside who was very nice to me and directed me to different (competing) banks for my needs. But it's bizarre to me that there's this huge lobby for two ATMs. Then another giant room with just a single podium in it that the sole employee stands at. I have no clue what services they offer at this location. PNC is cutting back on the only advantage it has: being a brick and morter bank. This is a glorified ATM. You need tellers or it's not a branch location.

People hanging out in the ATM part. Very unprofessional! An I'm sure that's a security risk to your customers!
