This branch is essentially a glorified ATM. They do not have cash available to withdraw unless you use the ATM.

I went in to get a debit card and cancel another credit card and made an appointment with the bank manger Regina. She was WONDERFUL!! So friendly, funny, and warm. We spent most of the time just chatting and she helped me not only get a debit card but apply for a new one and help me understand more about the credit card I already had. She is such a delightful person and really made me have a great day at the bank. She deserves a raise and so much more.

I have been a customer of the banks that became PNC for 33 years now. I always get great customer service at this location and everyone is so friendly.. from the security guard to the tellers. I had an identity theft incident last year where someone stole a lot of money out of my accounts. They helped me solve the problem as efficiently as possible and refunded all the money in question. Good people.

I have been a customer of the banks that became PNC for 33 years now. I always get great customer service at this location and everyone is so friendly.. from the security guard to the tellers. I had an identity theft incident last year where someone stole a lot of money out of my accounts. They helped me solve the problem as efficiently as possible and refunded all the money in question. Good people.

They Only have one atm and it was not operational. And they only had one teller open and a few not helping customers

This bank is my home bank. I go here all the time. The staff is like family even if I've never seen them before! They always strike up genuine conversation with me about life, and just get the job done as quickly and pleasantly as possible. I know I won't have any issues here.
