first time experiencing a bank in the USA and PNC was fantastic at the 3508. 60609. This lady was great explained everything I needed to know and very knowledgeable with all the banks information. Kieala Kaye Borum she is your go to person at PNC. Thank you Miss K.

This branch does not provide the cash withdrawal service unless you use their ATM. No notice was provided. I'm not sure what services they provide, judging from the other reviews. Use another branch

The worst experience I've ever had! trying to call the bank to make an appointment and they don't even pick your calls, the IVR puts you on hold until someone picks and the staff they never respond. Also trying to open an account and visiting them since three days they are just giving reasons to get some xyz documents and when I get it the person who opens the account isn't available. As a customer I should get some information before i reach there that there is no one to help today, wasted my time going there for last three days and no help!!!!!WORST WORST WORST experience. Don't know if this is with particular location or else all the locations of PNC bank.I request the PNC bank to make some changes and make the customer experience and their time worth.

This location is horrible. They provide poor customer service, no one greets you when walk in. There’s always one teller working. I will never return to this location.

It’s been like days i am waiting for appointment i was asked to come every-time the next day morning at 11am but today there is nobody at the desk to address and the banker was so inpatient with customers and was irritated so as an Pnc customer we already come with problems and bank is paying you for dealing with us all just we need is to be polite and understanding.

I do not understand what's happening at this branch, but their debit card replacement machine is never operational. This is the second time I've visited this site and been sent to the site near downtown because only their machine was working. This is not good business at all, and this issue needs to be rectified immediately.

I came into this branch to make a cash withdrawal to large to withraw from the atm, and I was in a bit of a hurry. It took 20 minutes because they're internet was working slow. The teller, although I'm sure was being apologetic, was speaking so low and softly, I couldn't hear her over the lobby music, which honestly was too loud for a bank where you're trying to discuss financial transactions.

Just came in to see if I could take out my first personal loan. Very horrible first experience. The teller a gentlemen with red hair told me that todays not a good day to do personal loans because the lady who does personal loans isn’t there and he doesn’t have enough knowledge to do so . Fair. He then asked me if I had a job and what’s my off days to better accommodate their schedule not mine. He then told me I was better off applying for a credit card then to get a loan at PNC . Said the words so you get the loan and then what. I am new to credit and just wanted to start building it with a personal loan from my own bank because I have trust issues. To him that wasn’t good enough. Gave me a card for a lady who wasn’t there and said to come back tomorrow. Don’t use this location it’s full of a bunch of mouthy kids as staff.

I went to PNC bank on the morning of September 23, 2021. To deposit a check. The young African-American gentleman at the teller's window did not say a word to me during the transaction. He did not say how may help you ? good morning etc and after depositing the check he basically slid the deposit receipt back through the teller window with disdain .. he did not even bother to say thank you have a nice day. There was a young African-American woman at the door sitting in a desk where the customers come in. She identified herself as a manager. I informed her of the tellers behavior demeanor and lack of common courtesy. She informed me she would speak with the teller and train him better on customer teller dynamics

Ashley Banks is a sorry pick for Management. She's rude, unapologetic, unknowledgeable, and dishonest. With leadership at this branch like this, I wouldn't trust them with a piggy bank. She does banking at her own discretion and life exposure.
