I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional level of service and care that my beloved furry friend received at Wags Hotel. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism and expertise. Not only did they calm any worries or concerns as this was my first time boarding my baby dedos, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my dog felt loved and cherished during their stay. It was truly heartwarming to witness the genuine compassion and dedication that each member of the team displayed especially. Their commitment to treating every animal as if they were part of their own family is truly commendable. I cannot thank Wag Hotel enough for their outstanding service and for providing such a wonderful experience for both my dog and me. If you are looking for a top-notch facility to take your dogs look no further.

This site used to be owned by a private company. It was fabulous! Easy to get reservations. Friendly staff who knew and were invested in my pets and their well being. Now you have to reserve through a clunky website. Each time they ask you to fill in a form for pets name, bread, date of birth. If you call you go to some customer service hub outside of Chicago. It's impossible to call them directly. It's a shame my dogs have been clients since 2013! Will be looking for a new sitter.

We took a trip for thanksgiving and left the pup here for a week. Can't recommend enough. Daily pictures and a live camera to watch playtime put our minds at ease. It was evident everyone working there was a dog lover. Will be back!

Love the staff and my dog has the best day ever when she's there. Have tried day camp and also boarding while on vk. Love that I get daily pix to show me what a great time she's having.

The best boarding experience. Boarding options for every budget. Treated my pup to his first boarding experience with all the bells and whistles. Was completely wowed by the staff, accommodations, communication, and options.

This was my go-to place for taking my dog to day care or boarding. Booking is easy through the app or a phone call. I was hesitant about the price when I first started using them but having your dog in their network of facilities is a definite bonus. Drop off and pick-up is super easy, had a few 6AM flights where I needed to drop off my dog at 4-5AM, never had a problem. My dog always left happy too. He was never happy to see me pick him up because he wanted to stay and play with the other dogs. For boarding you'll get some picture updates through email which is nice. The webcams are a nice touch too. You can see the dogs playing well and attended by an employee. I moved to a new place where another of the Wag Hotels is more convenient and I'm sad to not use this location anymore, but have not had any complaints about any other facilities in the system, it's all been great! Highly recommend utilizing the grooming services for a bath after using boarding for more than a few days as well.

Staff is very friendly and even if you aren’t a regular they seem to remember your dog. Also play areas are separated between large and small breeds so don’t have to worry about your pup

Our friend has stayed here 2 times, one for a week and most recent for 9 days. She loves it. We get daily pics of her and first day pic her tail is down(sad probably) all other pics are tail up and better. Will continue to use this place when we can't take her on the vacations

Pooch Hotel was great. Our dog went there every week for day care for over a year and also spent some weeks boarded. Never had a problem. When Pooch was sold to Wag Hotels, everything changed for the worse. We are not sending our dog back. Zero customer service.

Pooch hotel always takes great care of my golden retriever. The staff is very friendly and my dog is always excited to go back every morning for daycare! I love being able to watch the dogs on the playroom camera and when my dog is boarded, the staff sends the best picture updates of him! Highly recommend and they are competitively priced for Chicago!

I have been taking my Doberman here for almost five years and he (and I) love the place. Everyone there loves dogs and are always very sweet with the pups. My dog insists on going daily and gets excited ever morning on the walk over. He loves everyone there. On the human side, customer service is great and they are always ready to help with any schedule changes, food modifications etc. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with our stay at pooch hotel because i have heard such great things. We boarded our dog there and had him for daycare twice. I didn’t have any huge issues with the daycare. I did wish that they would provide more updates on his play and his bathrooms schedule as we have had at other places but that wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. We boarded him there for two nights. We again got minimal updates- only one unprompted update then one other update via email after we asked. But the worst part was that he came back very dirty. Smelled weird and had p*** skids on the tops of two of his paws. All this being said- I will say it seems like our dog enjoyed his time there very much and was always happy in the lobby when i picked him up!

I brought three dogs here for a week over the holidays, and I immediately felt at ease from the moment they checked the pups in for their stay. The staff notated all of our dogs’ needs and kept us informed throughout the week with regular “pupdates.” These pics and messages always put big smiles on our faces. We also arranged for our pups to have some spa time. They came back smelling great and seemed real happy. We’ll definitely be using Pooch Hotel again.

Our dog always has a great stay at the Pooch Hotel! We have boarded him here several times (as well as at the West Loop location!) and used the daycare. It has consistently been a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and patient, and it really gives me peace of mind knowing they are there 24 hours a day!

I had a great experience boarding my dog here. Drop off and pick up was very easy and I got an update during her stay! I already booked more stays for my dog!
