Horrible service, I never write reviews but they went out of their way to be bad at their job so I had to. They made a mistake giving our order to another driver. Our driver actually went back and asked about the wrong order but they would not offer any solution for their mistake, no money back or our food. Do yourself a favor and don’t order directly from their app as they will not reimburse you or help you out if they mess up. Order from a third party app if you want any money back if half your order shows up..

If this was the one located on the magnificent mile the staff was extremely rude. We had never been in there before. After ordering my husband realized there was a deal. So he asked if we could do the half and half, the lady taking the order said yea just tell them further down. So when we did she told them oh no I was told a whole salad. Also when I was going to the bathroom the door was locked and the employee tried several times to get in and then used her key to unlock the door. Will never go back again.

Bad customer service from the manager and especially the cashier. My sandwich had one slice of meat know t when I went back to work so I didn't want to walk back for a fight.The cashier refused to put my sandwich in a bag and the manager co- signed for his behavior very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place again. I just this gets corrected in the future. No ne deserves to be treated like this when they're spending their money. SO DISAPPOINTING

the most useless, rude, disrespectful staff ever, its been 2 weeks since I requested my refund and nothing, the front desk people keep telling me that I need to wait for the manager to come and process the refund again, then the manager comes in and immediately gives me an attitude, tells me they dont have time because they are busy and that I should call back soon, then I call back and they just hanging up on me, I went to their location and they immediately started giving me attitude again telling me that Im calling them for no reason, like I dont know what to do at this point because I would receive a refund from other potbelly locations within 2 days

Food is good however if you order online for pick up be sure to speak to someone and ask if your order is ready and if not ready ask how long. Push them because they typically don’t care if they are late with your order. Often I could have walked in and ordered from counter quicker lol!

Came for a snawitch today around 6:30pm . I had asked for a milk shake and was rejected for the shake. Lady only charged me for my sandwich.I don’t understand why she is closing early, if potbelly’s is open till 9 . Very poor service and bad attitude

I forgot to scan my phone for my perks points. I asked one of the workers to help me revive the points. He said, we don't do that here. I contacted Customer Service twice and submitted my receipt both times. They refused to add my perks points. Now, they are deliberately waiting a month when there's no way I can revive my perks points. This is unacceptable to ignore a customer's request.

I took Mama's Meatball Skinny sandwich. It was enough for me for dinner after a long walk. The shop was quiet, and we stayed there for a long time, but the staff never disturbed us.

Everything was fresh fantastic and clean. The veggie sandwich was absolulutely amazing. Devonte and the entire team were super helpful!! They had surprisingly, zero complaints from any customers!!! Awesome Suace!!!

Hi there,We visited today at your E. Ontario restaurant. You have a lady that works there (I was there about 12.50pm) she was on checkout. She was OUTLANDISHLY RUDE. Got my daughters order wrong, which in itself wouldn't have been an issue but that along with how rude she is, is crazy to me. She was rude not only to us, (and dismissive to my 8yo) but was also hurling abuse at her other staff members, she is completely unproffesional. I am on holiday from Australia and it was SO bad that I took time out of my holiday to write this to you.Honestly with her there, even with the close proximity to my hotel, and the delicious sandwiches you make, I won't go back.This woman needs to take a chill pill, I would be MISERABLE working with her.
