Tony is fantastic. I showed up a couple months ago and they didn’t have any of the paint I needed. When I came back they were still out. But then Tony didn’t accept that and he looked up our records all the way back to 2018 and called 4 stores before he found my 2 different gallons, from 2 different stores. What amazing service from a guy/company for a $90 sale. From someone that owns their own business and is constantly disappointed by customer service, even on projects that are thousands of dollars, I am impressed. Even with a mask on he knew who I was and greeted me by name. Cheers to Tony! Thank you for renewing my faith in everyday retail experience!
