Prenatal Fit is a gym dedicated to women before, during, and after pregnancy. Were dedicated to help women stay strong physically and mentally through their pregnancies and to carry on this strength into their postpartum becoming a new mother, What sets our studio apart from other gyms is the variety of classes we offer and a variety of times we have them. Our gym offers all types of fitness classes from Yoga, Pilates, ballet barre, cardio weights, strength on the ball, and dance classes. All of our classes are Prenatal and postnatal safe and cater to all levels of fitness. We have classes running from 10am in the morning to our last class ending at 8 pm Our gym also offers a mommy and me postpartum program,
I’m here just to have a question. I’m pregnant. 36 weeks. this is my second child just today I take ultrasound. They say the baby it’s not head down. I don’t know if I try exercise it that’s help me to deliver without C-section. Please, if anyone they know about this situation or what I have to do?
