Super disappointed. It's been my neighborhood place for years but I won't be going back. Dropped of my winter wool coat and picked it up. Still had dirt spots so I left it to be cleaned. Went to pick it up a few days later, still dirty!! By this time they have had my coat 2 weeks and now I need it for a business meeting. So I ask if I can just take it for the day and bring it back for them to clean it properly and I received a hard and ornery "no." I will not be back. So sad.

Awful. Took a shirt to get repaired here and they ruined it. Took a shirt to get cleaned and it was more stained than when I dropped it off

Quality alterations at a reasonable price. I brought them a pair of outdoor cushions that needed ties sewn on and they got them done quickly and economically--and even chose a matching color palette although I'd told them the ties wouldn't show and the color didn't matter. I will definitely use Princess again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to dry clean their clothes. I just came back from this place and found stains on my dress shirt. So I paid them $4.80 for nothing.

I cut some pants into shorts which looked terrible, had them hem the shorts and they look as if i bought them from the store. Professional and well done. Love this place!
