Whenever there is a lack of knowledge, training, professionalism and attention to detail.. Good Customer Service from a leader in the business will always out weigh the rest. Today I met the "Branch Manager" and it all became clear why this bank runs this way. A word of advice when there is an unresolved on-going issue with your employees or location don't wait until it erupts to get involved and never take a defensive approach against your customer they are the reason you have a job.Corey or Crystal don't need protection they need training. Thank You to the Mgr in Palos Heights and the Operations Manager Christine for helping to resolve this.

I think the Provident Bank is great. We're all going through some rough times with The Pandemic. The service I've received has been excellent. It's true that everyone expects the best service possible. I feel more secure knowing it's located across the street from the Chicago Police Department which gives an added measure of security. I've had no problems.

Let’s be clear ! The Bank #Providence is good ! Great system, great rates, huge customer support ! But the employees at this location “35th Street” are pure garbage !!!! { Except Crystal } Crystal is helpful, willing, and workable ! From the short hair woman early 40’s, branch manager, to Cory !!!! They are unprofessional, aggravated, uninformative, inefficient, and lazy !!!! #ZeroHelp

Had an unpleasant experience today. The staff had condescending attitudes and an incompetent supervisor. I will never return! I don’t just support black owned business. I support where the respect is mutual.

12/27/18 ~9:16 pm I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED In CHATHAM Customer Service at URBAN PARTNERSHIP BANK I have been with this bank many years. However, UPB will not mail out my bank statements. Each time ~ every month in 2018 ~ that I call customer service at the Chatham location~I am told that it is in the mail. I am still waiting after making numerous calls in December about the My bank statement. Please, UPB Chatham, Mail my statement. Also, I will attempt to get information that will enable me to complain directly to bank authorities who can help me to get my documents. I think that UPB does not want me as a customer. Again, I will call for service for a third time on 12/28/18.
