I ordered a pair of their joggers. After 1 wear and wash, the rubber logo on the back partially came off. It looks horrible and they now look like they’re years old. They’re over $100. I called customer service, who offered a replacement pair, but wanted me to return the worn, washed and defected pair. Which is very shady and odd. Instead of just sending me a new pair like they should, they wanted me to pack up, drive and take time out of my day to go somewhere to return the worn and defected pair. Very disappointing. Also, I put this review on the pants in their website, 1 star, and interestingly, it’s not showing up. At which time I saw multiple negative reviews about their customer service. I’ll be moving on from this brand. They’re probably selling worn and refurbished returns as new.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in and was immediately helped. I wanted to get some more pair of shorts I got two years ago. They pulled up my past order and went to the back and got them. In and out in 5 mins.

Placed an order, Public Rec printed the label and lost the order and blames the shipper. The package has never left their facility but will not help me with my order.

Came in a few weeks ago to look around the store and ended up getting a couple pairs of pants for my partner. I love that they have a variety of short/long inseams stocked in-store!
The sales associates working were very friendly and helpful. Really nice bonus that the store manager followed up with me via email about the item that had to be shipped since it was not in stock at the store.

Fantastic apparel that lasts a long time! The service at the location is impeccable. Rob, the store manager, is dynamite. He always follows up after you make a purchase to make sure all of the products work out for you!

Outstanding! My husband LOVES the brand and was excited there was store nearby. We went with the intent of purchasing a thing or two and ended up with much more than that thanks to the fabulous customer service.
Aiya, Mari, and Ike are so helpful, kind, and fun. I didn't know that the brand carried women's clothing so was over the moon excited to find out that they did AND had my size.
We love the location, the easy to shop store but most of all the people that work here. We will be definitely be shopping here on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

I didn’t realize Public Rec carried women line. I’ve gifted Public Rec before and he swears by the All Day Every Day pants. I decided to try one at the store for women’s line. Mari was very helpful and informative. I liked how simple the store looked.

Public Rec located on Randolph in the Fulton Market area downtown is a clothing company based out of Chicago. We decided to stop in after seeing the window display of cool looking atheleisure. WOW I wanted to buy every thing I laid my eyes on. Super helpful sales staff in a laidback vibe. I ended up buying a dress which is multi seasonal and super comfortable. I saw it on the display and had to try it on. My man purchased shorts and really cool pants. The styling is beautiful and the fabrics are soft and forgiving. This may be our new go to for athleleisure because we love to shop LOCAL. Check them out online or pop into the store. Will definitely be back.

I’ve bought so many cloths here. I’m 6 foot 6 with an average build and these cloths fit me great! Good quality at a fair price.

I ordered shorts(4 pair) at the size I have for others. They are to tight and when I went to return they said it was a final sale and not eligible. They seemed relatively nice but sized to small. Although all other firms I get the same size and it fits! I outdone not advise anyone order from them as they are not friendly on returns. They will not last online without having honest returns. Shame on them!
