BEWARE, the manager Shawna is very rude. I was charged for a full month of rental that I DID NOT USE. I was told I would get a refund by the customer service agent there and she became aware of it and blocked and denied the refund after the fact even though I was not ever provided with the rental unit and was told I would be refunded.
Shawna admit that the unit I was charged for and never got was already rented to someone else, so she was keeping my full month of rent and also keeping the full month of rent from the next renter so she was being paid DOUBLE for the same unit by 2 separate people.
I said okay, I would speak to corporate and then she went in a locked my account so they were unable to assist me. I called back and she admit she locked my account as an attempt to stop corporate from assisting me. So I had to open up a claim/report with the higher up in corporate.
Be very careful renting here, you will have wrongful charges and the management at this location will do everything in her power to block you from a refund.

I rented from the one on Jarvis and I would say it was a smooth experience the manager called to make sure everything was in order easy instructions it’s clean the manager was very professional and warm
