Where do I begin. This was my first time obtaining a storage unit, with that being said, I went to a couple different locations to weigh out options. Alfonso, by far, was the most empathetic person I have ever met. From covering the basics to walking me through everything, answering every question I had. I felt as if I was communicating with a best friend. So thank you for being there and guiding me. He is what everyone should aspire to be. I will only continue to be a customer at this location solely because of Alfonso and the help that was given at this location. Thank you!!

I've had a good experience storing things at this location. The manager is attentive, friendly, and helpful. You could say he's all that and a bag of chips. The location and layout of the facility makes loading and unloading easy. 5/5 for customer service.
