This facility is definitely one of the best ones out there. It is well maintained: clean and everything functions well. Cathy, who oversees the place, is well informed. She helped me navigate the process of renting a space from pricing to amount of space needs and everything else in between. With her assistance renting became a less complicated process especially when I was pressed for time at my first rental transaction. This facility plus its staff gets my high recommendation.

While initially off to a bumpy start with the 1-800 line, once I was able to make contact with the local property manager, Cathy, things improved significantly. She was responsive and helpful, and was able to quickly schedule a time for me to see the available spaces before committing to a lease, and answered all my questions. Cathy deserves 5 stars, I reduced by one only because of initial experience I had with the 1-800 line, and that they did not contact the local property manager as promised. The facility is good, solid construction, full fire protection, good security, and the location was perfect for me.

Shop around before selecting public storage, if you do select them expect your rate to double in a year, and continue to increase every couple months until you can’t justify the unit anymore. I reached that point and moved out last month, I notified them via phone call because no staff was on sight day I moved out, and now a month later they say I owe last month fee and sent it to collections. Ugh, find another place there are lots of options- this place is bad business.
