Called in and Laquita answered and was so nice and quick to resolve my problem. She was courteous and very helpful. She was also assisting someone in store as well and didn’t sacrifice the quality of service one bit! Great customer service skills, I appreciate you!

First things first, BRITNEY (sp?) IS THE BEST. Britney could sense I was frustrated and confused with trying to close my unit, but was very understanding and compassionate. GIVE BRITNEY A RAISE. GIVE THAT QUEEN A RAISE ON GOD. She’s an angel I love her forever. I would recommend this location SOLELY for the Goddess Britney! XOXO

Very similar to the last reviewer, I too had a 10x10 space since 2019. Started out paying less than $100 on a promotion and then around $150 very quickly after. Flash forward to 2024, I am now paying over $300 for the unit.
Other competitors are currently offering much less than what I pay, and I tried to get a price match but was told I am paying the market rate. Not sure what market that is based off since I just moved into a competitor down the street for $50 a month again. I guess that’s the game of these storage companies.
Otherwise, no issues with the space or management.

Reserving a space was super easy. When I went to get my keys, nobody was there. I called the office and left a message. About half an hour later, I received a call from a call center that was able to activate the app on my phone so I could open the gate. He told me my unit number and that if I pull off the green tag on the handle, a new lock would be inside. A bit strange to not be able to speak with someone onsite, but it was easy to make the reservation and to move into the unit.
Unit is clean. Only note on the facilities is that the bathroom was locked ever time I visited, so there is no bathroom onsite…
