I am writing to commend the exceptional level of professionalism and customer service I experienced at the Public Storage facility located on Pulaski and Wrightwood. The property manager, Betty, demonstrated an impressive combination of knowledge, efficiency, and courtesy throughout my visit.
Betty took the time to clearly outline the available storage options and guided me through the process with precision and attention to detail. She ensured that all of my questions regarding unit sizes, access, and security were addressed thoroughly. Her ability to explain complex details in a straightforward manner reflects both her expertise and commitment to excellent service.
In addition to her professionalism, Betty’s management of the facility is evident in its cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep. The property is well-maintained and secure, which provides confidence and peace of mind to customers entrusting their belongings here.
It is rare to encounter a property manager who combines professionalism with genuine care for customers. Betty sets a high standard of excellence for this location, and I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to others based on my positive experience under her management.

Raises rent stupidly high. No way should any sane person have to pay 300 dollars for a uncovers parking spot and there’s NOT GARBAGE CANS so have have trying to clean out your storage and you don’t have a working car.

I had a conversation with Betty, the property manager, who was extremely helpful and promptly returned my phone call! She also provided assistance with my move-out process to avoid incurring additional fees. If you require any help, I highly recommend reaching out to her! I will certainly suggest this location if you are seeking a more convenient experience.

This was my first time using a storage unit and it could not have gone better.
Check in was so simple, the unit was nice and clean and I had zero doubts my belongings were safe and secure.
I had two small questions that were answered in 5 minutes or less.
If I ever need a storage unit again, it’s Public Storage all the way.

Horrible place. All units are rats infested. Insulation falling out the walls and ceilings. Management does nothing. Furniture was distroyed. Rat urine and poop everywhere. Would never recommend this place.
