Not a bad location but my main concern is rent seems to go up after 3 months of renting. Sometimes elevator goes out of order.

I can’t attest to the quality of the location yet as I just moved in and both bathrooms were out of order but Betty’s customer service was phenomenal and I’ll know if I have any issues in the future they will be treated with care

This is the BEST Public Storage location in Chicago and also much better than the ones in New York City. The size, the price, the location had me utilize my unit for seven years! Lol…Most importantly, customer service is excellent. Bill was friendly and helpful during phone calls from NYC (when I was late with payments) and now, very helpful during my checkout. I should also add that all the other agents are the same: friendly, courteous & helpful. I highly recommend this location!

I have rented a storage space from Public Storage for almost 10 years. I recently needed to merge some of my things from another outside storage unit and have transferred everything into one unit.
