I reserved a storage space using the Public Storage app, which was easy enough. On my way there I called to see where I could park my moving truck. It got sent to voicemail. Inside the office, there was nobody in attendance. I had to wander around until I found the loading dock and open it up myself. After backing the truck in, I saw that the only freight elevator was out of service. It said talk to the manager, but there was no manager or number to call outside of the main public storage phone number, which sends you to voicemail.
I ended up calling U-Haul, they picked up and had a space for me so I drove over to them and had a fine experience.
