Stephanie was super helpful during my move. Corporate people messed up my book and the place was busy with other movers. However, Stephanie tried help assign a better storage unit. She was calm and stayed late so I can finish my move. Giving 5 star for her service.

Latrice and Diamond have made this storage location the best storage experience I've had out of 4 different locations over 12 years. Both have gone above and beyond to help me keep my items secure and easily accessible. Diamond helped me with movers, kindly changed my access code afterwards, and stayed in touch via phone while I caught up to movers that were already there unloading my belongings. Latrice patiently helped me find the tools I needed to unload some awkward items through some narrower entries and around tight corners. All around great customer service, no matter who shows up to help you at this location.
