Love this place! The food and meats are always top quality, the staff are super friendly, and they’ve got a great selection of local products to pair with your meal or what you purchase from the deli. They also have farm fresh fruits and veggies.

I’ve visited PQM twice now, the first time was lovely and the second time not so much. The second time I ordered online, it gave an estimated time for it to be ready of 1:09pm. I showed up to pick it up at 1:20pm. I checked in, asked if it was ready, and was told it would be a few more minutes. At about 1:40pm I had gotten frustrated and went to check on it again. I was told it would be a few more minutes before I pointed out to the worker that there was a bag with my name on it behind her. She then turned around, handed it to me, and said “thank you for your patience”.
This was irritating enough but to top it off, I get home with my order and it turns out they messed up one of the sandwiches. I ordered a Regular Mortadella & Burrata Sandwich and instead got a porchetta sandwich. The printout on the bag had mortadella printed so it seems like they simply put the wrong sandwich in my bag.
Was it ready when I walked in? Maybe. I guess I should have checked behind the counter myself.

I really enjoyed the charcuterie board here, the small size is perfect for one person. I’ve also had a croissant that was really good.

Great bread. There are dogs in here constantly and they are played with in a small space with a lot of food around. Wish the staff here washed hands before / wore gloves while handling food.

Staff there are quite rude except one butcher guy with glasses. We waited a while (over 30 mins) for dry age ribeyes (that were already cut) and some jowls bc they said they were sort on butchers….. so we ordered a sandwich at the counter while we waited. They asked us specifically if we wanted to dine in or to go we said dine in. Then they ended up handing it to us in a bag with our sandwich , so we sat down at a table to eat the sandwich while we waited for our meats that we spent over $100+ on. The staff starts staring at us and coming up to us asking if we were dining in when we clearly was but bc we paid at the register the “server” prob was upset we were taking up his table with no tip even though the whole place was empty?
After leaving a bad taste in our mouths we decided to just stop eating and pack up our food even though we asked for dine in,and left when our meats were ready.
We’ve been there multiple times since living in the neighborhood and def am not coming back again after that unpleasant experience.

VERONICA IS THEE BEST. Kind staff, super high quality meats and cheeses, passionate butchers and bread makers willing to go the extra mile to explain and answer questions about products!
Very reachable by phone, again super super helpful in answering any question about products and willing to give suggestions for a newer meat eater, like myself.
Clearly the ownership is involved as this place operates like a well oiled machine. Consistently good products and I loveee the chicken breasts they get from Slagel Family Farms. It’s also fun to check out local produce they have in stock like morel mushrooms, asparagus, berries—again all locally foraged. Delicious high end balsamic, jams, sourdough snacks, bespoke tomato sauces to enhance the quality meats you might be buying or to make a special dinner even more remarkable, love love this local gem.
