The staff, including Miriam and Iris, provide excellent customer service, answering questions and concerns with warmth and comfort. Dr. Andrerson is also praised for his personalized care, remembering previous conversations and taking thorough notes. The entire team, from the front desk to the doctor, is kind and inquiring, making patients feel at ease. As a result, patients feel comfortable and plan to return annually for their eye exams.
