I started banking with Pullman Bank & Trust numerous yrs ago & have been pleased the personalized service I received. My original banker ( Ms. Marie) still remembers my name and even though she has moved up into senior management, she has introduced me to other personal bankers to assist me, including Ms. Donna who was very patience with a recent transaction which took more than normal time accumulation & was very patience. This is was I do a lot of banking with the. Biggest plus is free ATM wherever I go with fee reversal.

Been with the bank since 2021. The bank tellers are always pleasurable and nice. They do an excellent job at creating a familial space for me when I come in. Ms. Shivahn went above and beyond to handle a matter for me and Ms. Cindy makes herself available at all times. Ms. Deidre and Donna are the best duo to ensure everything is in order and in tact, you can see the partnership and it makes coming in a smoother experience. If things are out of compliance Ms. Marie Champs has no problem assisting you in anything you may need. The mere fact that as a business owner know 95.% of my bank speaks volumes!!!

I have been a customer of the Wintrust Bank family for about a year now. I have always received pretty good service from most of the locations I have gone to within downtown Chicago area. I usually go to this location because as a Resident of the Southside of Chicago this is the closest location to me that also has plenty of parking while you are doing banking business. You can still use the ATM without any fees charged to your accounts and the banking services are available to anyone housed and connected to the Wintrust Bank name. So if U are customer of any Wintrust Community Banks and live on the Southside U can visit this location as available options as opposed to always going downtown Chicago where there is no parking; unless U pay 4 parking and the hours are (Some 9AM - 4Pm Locations) shorter than this branch. Clean - friendly - Fast - service here and probably managed a lot better since Wintrust has taken over.

Each time I have visited the Beverly Bank and Trust on South Halsted my experience has been excellent. The whole staff from the branch manager Eric, to the assistant Marie, and the tellers are awesome!

They’re money hungry, take money without your knowledge for the wrong things, charge you high fees for everything even when it was their faults, and just overall cause me too many problems. Will be leaving them very soon. Smh.

I recently Opened an Business account and they did a good job. I say they because when Cindy had questions, since she does more personal accounts than business, the rest of the staff helped and the collaborated effort was great .

My experience with Pullman Bank & Trust was quite enjoyable. I met with Marie Champ last month to open three new accounts and apply for a loan. Marie was very knowledgeable about the bank products they had to offer and she was a true professional throughout all of my transactions. My loan underwriter called me directly and was very accessible - unlike other banks I've dealt with in the past. I really like the small branch atmosphere and the good work they do in the community!

No fees from any atm I.go to. My bank will remibrust the fee. And it's a black owned bank/ business. Great people & excellent service. I know everyone by name.

This bank has caused a great inconvenience. They fail to resolve a direct deposit ussue i had with my job. They also closed my accounts out without informing me. This caused my income tax check to be sent back to the irs. Now all my bills will have to be paid a month later. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Smh....
