PUPS Pet Club is a business where dogs receive grooming, daycare, dog sitting, and training services. The staff is overall great, caring, patient, and kind. Groomers are skilled, gentle, and realistic, providing excellent haircuts, baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, and gland compression. Dogs leave clean and fresh smelling. For daycare, dogs have fun playing with friends and the staff makes them feel special and loved. The dog sitting services are also loved, with great communication and pictures provided. The Play & Train program includes daycare and private training. Trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, only use positive reinforcement, and are flexible, allowing owners to partake in the training. The mix of private training, hands-on sessions, and training videos is instrumental. Dogs and owners have fantastic experiences. Many customers completely trust the staff, look forward to returns, and highly recommend PUPS Pet Club for its fun, positive, and professional services.
