PUPS Pet Club in Streeterville provides a really good grooming experience. The location is very easy to get to and is a super clean place. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, with the front staff being very friendly and helpful. Groomers are patient, take great care with the dogs, and listen to customers. They are on top of the time frame they give you and are super quick. Services like the monthly bath and deshed treatment get every loose hair out, leaving coats soft as a teddy bear and smelling amazing. Dogs are visibly relieved and happy afterwards, looking so happy when picked up. Customers report never having a bad experience and feel they are in great hands, with many referring other dog owners. It is a place groomers are trusted to do a great job.

Our dog has been getting groomed with Amanda for years. Now that he’s an old guy (15), he’s a little harder to deal with, but Amanda still does a fantastic job—and he loves her. It’s evident the team cares about the pups who get groomed here. I would 100% recommend Amanda :)
