The children liked the facility and had a great time. We adore how charmingly decorated the facility is, and the kids may choose from a variety of toys and spaces to play. They offer a wet bar, which is quite handy, and the best part is the staff—they are really nice, helpful, and pleasant, which helps make our celebration wonderful and successful and stress-free because they were there to help and feel you welcome.

Purple Monkey was a great place to host my daughter’s 3rd birthday! The team was very helpful and responsive, and the day-of assistant did a fantastic job with the decorations, food, and clean up. We had about 20 kids (mostly age 2-3) and 30 adults and had no issues with space. It was very special yet stress free way to celebrate!

This was my family's first cold weather birthday party with my youngest child and this worked so well! As a single parent, I feel like I often miss the memories because I'm busy hosting but Purple Monkey gives you one very attentive, proactive staffer to help pull the party together. I didn't expect this and it was a game changer! Ashley met me at the door, validated the heck out of my disorganization, set up the food alongside me, and acted as a stand-in support. it was a gift and made the day effortless.

My son birthDay party there was phenomenal very clean and professional place. Veronica the staff member was very helpful and professional I had my son birthday party on November 17th Sunday and it was a blast thanks again Laura and Veronica for making my son 1st birthday party wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Such a great place! We celebrated our daughter's first year and we had kids between 1 and 7 and everyone had a blast. Our host Veronica was just amazing and so attentive, we highly recommend this place.

The place was amazing with great cooling system perfect for the blazing hot day of june 29th , staff member was very very sweet helpful and serviceable! I appreaciated her so much!🫶 overall i would definately book them again!

I can only comment from the perspective of being a guest at a party (well my kid was).The biggest takeaway was "Wow! That seemed so easy.'"It had all the charm of the at home personalized parties I attended as a child (that I don't have the room to recreate in a city house) mixed with the organization and experience of professionals who are used to hosting gatherings of children.I've been to other spaces that did an ok job, but it felt like we were on a party conveyer belt and the staff was just counting down the moments until they could leave. Purple Monkey Playroom was the opposite. It was structured, but not oppressively so. The employee seemed like she was honestly invested in the event running smoothly and everyone having a good time.Total win/win situation.The kids had fun, the hostess had fun, the other parents had fun!This is where I will go for our next party!

Today I brought my son here for the first time for “open play”. At first look it seems like a decent place to have playtime. There is a good variety of toys and pretend play areas. A few reasons I will not return.1. Poor cleanliness. I saw someone else complained about this, but the owner responded and made it seem like that person is not credible. However, I completely agree, this facility is not clean. The floor is sticky, I had to wash my hands twice, just because I had gotten on the floor with my son and my hands got super sticky. My socks were even sticking to the floor. Considering we were the first open play of the day, I would expect the floor to be clean.2. Because of the response I saw from the owner, saying that people should address cleanliness with the staff instead of “ranting”. Perhaps the owner should ensure the cleanliness and not expect people not to share their experiences, good or bad.3. Lastly, when you walk in, you put your belongings and shoes in this little area. It’s very disorganized. There needs to be shoe shelves and a better area for strollers considering the clientele.I have 2 stars because the staff was friendly, the concept is nice, and the variety of play options were favorable. However, I do feel it’s reasonable to lose 3 stars for cleanliness; especially where kiddos are crawling around.

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Went here for a birthday party & won't be back. The space is small but functional with standard toys (blocks, a slide, dolls, musical toys that were broken). But my issue was the lack of cleanliness. The toys were visibly dirty with black crud wedged in crevices of blocks, dolls, musical toys and toy cars. I watched as staff put all of the toys back in bins and in their resting spot never to be cleaned after the party ended. There were NO bins for used toys or broken toys. Everything was dumped and put back. There should be a bin for overnight disinfection because I've worked in this type of environment. The place is gross.Staff was ready to go so I get it, but damn, they couldn't even be bothered to lysol wipe down the toys after we left. There were NO disinfecting wipes or sprays visible or in the staff backroom that I accidentally walked into (I thought it was the bathroom, it is a really small place). Again, just spraying down is the bare minimum, but staff had coats and boots on and were ready to go. We saw them lock up the front door as soon as we walked to our car.Just wash your kids hands and bathe them after spending time here because they are sure to get some illness from this filthy place.
