I have had a fantastic experience shopping here. The staff is so friendly. My wife got a pair of really cute pants here. I bought a dress that ended up getting a hole in it the first time I wore it and they were so quick to let me return it for store credit. They were so apologetic that a piece of clothing that they sold was not up to their usual quality. It’s a bummer that they don’t offer full refunds but I don’t mind since I think most of their clothing and merchandise is high quality and pretty reasonably priced.

We shop here annually for holiday decor. The owner, Paula, is so kind and attentive. We are lucky to have Pyar and Co in Lincoln Park!

Came to look for Christmas gifts and felt uncomfortable from the horrible customer service and very rude workers. I’ve never been one to leave a review but you are not greeted or helped. Purchased an item and tried to return one day after after purchasing elsewhere and was not helped. Would never recommend to a friend and would never be back.

Today my friend and I stumbled across Pyar&Co. while we were out. The items in the store are so cute and the staff was friendly. I did encounter an issue while in the store and I expressed my disappointment while I was there. The owner Paula took the time to explain the situation to me and went above and beyond to address the problem. I appreciated her honesty and feedback. I look forward to returning as this store has some cute finds. Thank you, Paula!

Super rude owner/manager that was borderline racist, allowing only some customers to try on and others had to wait even through the fitting rooms were wide open. Unless you paid full price, she treated customers like garbage: Never seen such rude behavior be acceptable by customers on such a wonderful neighborhood. Hope her attitude changes or place won’t last!

This gem of a store in Lincoln Park is beautifully appointed and filled with the most wonderful finds. Paula the owner and her team are the friendliest and are beyond helpful. I always leave the store with a gift in hand and a smile from my experience. Be sure to visit!

Paula WILL take care of you, it doesn’t matter if you know what you want of are just looking for “something “ and don’t know what it is. She will dedicate the time no matter how much money you are spending and listen. Oh and if you want nothing just take your time and appreciate her beautiful shop!!

I had THE BEST shopping experience this weekend at Pyar & Co.! My husband and I were visiting from Texas and decided to take a walk through Lincoln Park. We stumbled upon Pyar & Co. and felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. I found some really fun green jeans, some SUPER fun striped flair pants and a gorgeous neutral summer sweater. To top it off, Paula was the best hostess as she was so warm, helpful and informative. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Chicago! Thank you, Paula for a fabulous shopping experience!!

This is my FAVORITE small business in Chicago. I shop for my kids, myself and get nearly all my gifts from here. The owner, Paula, and honestly all of her staff are so warm, welcoming and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make your stop in a good one. I always leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling (especially during the holidays - Paula goes all out!!!!). Can’t say enough good things. I have been a customer for about 5 years now!

One of my fav boutiques in Chicago! Pyar & Co is an absolute dream of a store. The owner Paula is so kind + welcoming from the second you step in the door. It’s always one of my favorite shopping experiences; the aesthetic is *chef’s kiss* and the store is always filled with unique gifts for everyone - cannot recommend enough!
