This guy George is a trip I payed 8,700for a Chrysler 300 and I continue to put work into the car and it’s only been 30 days he is a LIAR and a terrible person taking advantage of people who work hard for there money don’t buy anything from this man and he doesn’t even try to help fix the problem he will rep what he sow the vengeance isn’t mine it the Lord’s peace

!!!! Warning stay away from this dealer !!!!!!Quality on 46st and western Ave with george is a bad sales person has garbage sales and his mechanic omar another work of art . Doesn't remember all his lies !. The guy Said he changed the engine and didn't! He will not give me any papers on The motor. Took it back three times since I bought it he resets the engine light and said he did the work . Its still in the same condition. Had it for at least a month at his shop . Lied about everything . I'm lookin for partners on this case.

I purchased a car from George years ago , the car is still running great! And at the time I put dwn x amount of money and George let me pay monthly installments he didn't hassle me when I fell behind and he definitely understood me and treated me with the utmost respect! My son Bought a car from here after he signed all the paperwork the owner said the title he can’t find my son proceeded to drive the car home we are eight hours away and the car breaks down My son had to spend two days out there for them to fix the car cause It needed a alternator My son bought the car May 13 they put on there that he bought the car April 27 he never received the title until July 9 went to get it went to get it registered he had to pay extra money because it was two months late and the owner said he don’t care he’s not gonna help us DO NOT GO HERE.... worst place ever

I was in need of a cargo van for work and found a great one online at Quality Auto Sales. I live in the NW Burbs and after searching everywhere, I was happy to find such a great looking Van, but upset that it was so far from my home. The Van looked really nice and had all the features I was looking for and then some. Most importantly, the price listed was outstanding! So, I thought it was worth the trip to go check it out. I show up and the van is at the body shop getting a small dent repaired. The owner George could not have been nicer and offered to drive over to the shop with me on a Saturday no less. I was concerned because I know Saturdays a busy day in the Auto sales business and I did not want to waste his time. So, I told him up front I would not want leave a deposit let a lone buy a car that was in the shop. He said no problem lets go have a look. We get to where the van is parked and it checks out wonderfully. Meets every need I have in a work van and the price is great. I tell George that I really like the van and although I never give out my number, let alone to a car dealer, I gave him my info, told him I was not in a hurry and to give me a call when the van was ready. One week later I give him a call, the van is still at the shop with the small dent. Another week goes by and George calls me (2 weeks for a sale is not what I would call high pressure) he tells me it will be awhile to get the dent fixed but if I want the Van as is he will cut the price by a lot. So, I met up with him the following Saturday and gave it another test drive. Everything checked out and I told him I will take it. I have my own financing in place and it would take a day or two to get him the check for the full amount. I put down a small deposit so he could hold the van, got a bill of sale, said I will be back in a few days with the check and went on my way. Well, as luck would have it my bank sent the check via UPS next day, and it got lost/delayed. Of course, I find out the check is delayed when I get off the train and about to hop into an Uber on my way to Quality Auto Sales. George could not have been more understanding. After I provided proof of insurance and signed a few forms he released the van to me with out having received the check from my bank (it came the next day.)
I could not be happier with my experience at Quality Auto Sales. I now have an EXCELLENT work van and for once, a pleasant used car buying experience. I cannot recommend Quality Auto Sales enough it is a great place to buy a used car.

Got a 2002 Lincoln towncar from this place, couldn't be happier. It rides nice and the prices were great.
