They neglected to do literally half of the tests ordered by an employer for me so now I am out of work. They were at least friendly, but whatever in their process made this happen is not okay and there was nothing done to make up for this

What horrible horrible service. My doctors office faxed in a few orders and when I went to get them done, the lab techs there entered it incorrectly (Ordered qualitative rather than quantitative HCG). They also forgot to include a TSH that the doctor ordered. Inconveniently, I went in the following day for them to draw me again but they said they could add on my lab tests with NO CHARGE. What happens 3 months later. They sent me a bill asking for payments for the WRONG test they ordered in addition to add on (which was also their mistake). I called customer service TWICE and both times was told something completely different. They are asking for my doctor to call Quest. As a physician myself, this is not the doctors fault.
Customer service is completely useless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND QUEST DIAGNOSTICS, especially this location where these people have no idea what they are doing. Getting a hold of someone from their office is impossible.

The staff there was very nice, they handled my 13 yo daughter very well.
Unfortunately I got a suprise $600 bill in the mail. They don't take Blue Cross of Illinois insurance, and I wasn't told that when I checked in at the Kiosk. The Kiosk should have scanned my insurance and said "we don't take your insurance", but it didn't. A bunch off baloney!!

THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to get a testing for my new job on Friday at 11:58.. when I walked in I was told they are done with testing for the day AT 11:58 and they close at 1. I came back today to a note on the door saying “Closed for unforeseen circumstances” I TOOK OFF WORK TO DO THUS TODAY BC OF WHAT THEY DID SATURDAY AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I would not recommend this place. And to top it off.. STAFF EXTREMELY RUDE. I literally didn’t want to come back again I found a different place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not enough people working here to manage the number of people with appointments. Waited more than 20 minutes after my planned time. The people that did work there were very nice and did a good job but the corporate office needs to hire more of them

Online scheduling was fast, simple and easy. The checkin process as very efficient which minimized the time for being serviced.

Arya was rude, unapologetic, and demeaning. The other worker who recognized the rudeness of her peer came out and was nice, offered other alternatives, and said that they were frustrated because of the system failures and that do it manually would take them a long time and they were closing in an hour.
I went to the quest in the Jewel, they took care of me immediately with the same issues in their system, but with respect.

Came in for drug test, the lady that was seeing me told me pee past the line and I did so as I went back into the bathroom to wash my hands I came out to ask for soap as I came out I see her pouring out some of my urine and telling me she’ll bring the soap. as I got done she told me the urine results wasn’t enough urine to send off to the employer , I waited another hour to pee & it wasn’t enough for her aswel, so she wanted me continue to wait an drink more water , I waited again then told her I had pick up my child from school she sent my employer “REFUSING TO DO A DRUG TEST”
I watch this lady pour out my pee which was way pass the line, and other employers told me I didn’t need pee that much and that it was way more than enough!
Do not trust this location THEY Will purposely pour out your urine AND LIE

I was a bit scared given some of the other reviews but I’m glad I decided to ignore and see for myself. I had one of the best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had. I faint, so I let the person helping me know and she was able to get me in a room with a bed so I could lay down. She then did a great job at adjusting to find my vein on the first try without having to do multiple pokes. She was very talented and had a very light hand. Barely felt the needle go in and out. She made what is for me an anxious experience, very comfortable and manageable and she was very understanding of my anxiety.

Yesterday I am very scared of getting blood work. The phlebotomist in room 2 did a great job of relaxing me and talking me through the process. Past experience with Quest hasn’t been the greatest. Didn’t feel nothing and was ask multiple times throughout how I felt. Only down fall is multiple workers are walking in and out the room which can be uncomfortable. The two women standing on the computers outside the room kept walking in asking the phlebotomist questions and touching the computer she was using. The tall African lady became annoying walking out leaving the door open countless times, leading to the phlebotomist having to close it multiple times. Would give it 5 stars to the phlebotomist (beautiful smile and energy) but due to the two taller women coming in and out multiple times it gets a 3. The super tall one seem to have an attitude and like to look over her coworker shoulders. If you don’t like who you work with tell them in private instead of staring them down. Only person who was uncomfortable was me then the worker was focus solely on me.

Quest is quite the clown show. I can't imagine this place is constantly being sued. I have a large hematoma on my hand from my blood draw. The first two individuals couldn't find a vein in my hand. Yes, that's right, they couldn't find a vein in my hand. I have never had this happen. The staff is very, very unqualified so if you want be a human pincushion with an injury to yourself, go to Quest. They also said there wasn't another test in the system that was faxed over but it was actually faxed over as I confirmed with the nurse at my doctors office. So now I have to have a second draw that needs to be done which could have all been done on one visit and I am not doing it at Quest. The people at Quest do not know what they are doing so I would avoid if at all possible and they will likely cost your extra money and potentially even harm you. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I am reviewing on behalf of my husband:
After my blood draw, I felt like I was going to pass out. I clearly vocalized this to my phlebotomist and the others around me several times. They gave me ice packs to put on my forehead and instructed me to stay in the chair even though I asked to lay down. The next thing I knew, I was waking up to a staff member's hand on my chest. They gave me water and after some time I left. I, understandably, felt "out of it" and on my way home developed a massive headache. It was not until my wife got home three hours later, that she noticed a large bump had formed over my left eyebrow - exactly where my headache was located.
There is no other explanation besides me slumping in the phlebotomy chair and hitting my head on the table that was to the left of me after passing out. However, nothing was said to me by the staff that I had hit my head which is absolutely unacceptable. I'm sure there is a procedure that staff must follow when a patient starts feeling lightheaded. Either that wasn't followed or the procedure needs to urgently be revised. Clearly patient safety is not a priority and neither is transparency, both of which are completely unacceptable.

Latisha was very kind and flexible. The appointments were all booked so I stopped by to join the waitlist and it was a very simple process without a long wait time. 4 stars only because it’s clearly understaffed and the people there should have more support.
