Awful customer service. The lab technician was extremely rude and not personable. I left abruptly and very angrily. What a terrible interaction.

Worst experience at a lab. They say they take walk-ins but they don't. Even if there are no appointments and down-time they STILL will not see you. They will just wait until someone with an appointment comes in so they don't have to do more work. Don't come here.

One of the poorest experiences I’ve had.
The appointments mean absolutely nothing and the “no wait” promise is a lie. You will be helped an hour after your appointment is scheduled even when arriving 15-20 minutes before your appointment.
They will let walk ins before you. And people who showed up late before you. Absolutely no order or any kind of preference for appointments. Despite doing everything right, my visit took literal hours.
I hope I never have to go here again.

First time happening to me, I think the phlebotomist was new. She couldn't read part of the order and kept on going back and forth to another person. Then she asked me to go back to the waiting area. I was called back in and she drew my blood, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment

I had an appointment at 10:20. Did not wait a long time. Was taken by a woman Omnia a bit after my appointment time. She took me in to only tell me she is not the one to perform the drug screening and escorted me out without saying when I will be accepted by the next employee. After some time she showed up at the lobby to take an other patient and I asked her when I would be taken for my screening because I have other appointments to go to. She was so annoyed because I asked her that question. This woman was very rude, yelling at me, confrontational once I asked her the question. I felt threatened by her and her attitude towards me. Her mistreating me happened in front of other ppl working in the office and another patient. Absolutely disgusting. Some ppl should not work with other ppl. Maybe a factory work will suits her better as she doesn’t need to interact with patients. While the location is nice and new I would never use this location again and do not recommend it to anyone. Omnia sucks. Employees represent the image of the company they work for. Quest diagnostics got a really nasty representation by an unpleasant and unprofessional employee.

WORST. WEBSITE. EVER. Comparably bad to Home Depot and Menard's, where you can never find what you want, much less BUY/ORDER IT.
You can't CALL and talk to a person, even tho they COULD be at home taking calls. So, the plan is to waste God knows how long to drag an old man around when I shouldn't HAVE TO??
Looks like they're TRYING to get you to pay them like 80 bucks to do something. I have no idea how it works, because THAT WASN'T CLEAR ON THEIR SITE, EITHER! Hope you go under, with all these bad reviews. I'd be better off driving 10 miles to go elsewhere!

The inconvenience of this location. My employer’s email to come get tested here, doesn’t state anything about drug screenings starting at 10am. As I arrive at 8:30am, nobody says anything till about 9am. Leaving and coming back was suggested because they will not start till 10am. I leave and come back. Knowing I had signed in previously, I decided to sit and wait once coming back at 9:55am. I watch people come in and out, with no knowledge that I was already called, while I wasn’t here. After it was mentioned multiple times to come back at 10am. Finally decide to ask what was taking so long, when they confirmed that I should resign in and wait again for another 1-2 hrs I just think it’s extremely inconvenient and unprofessional to say one thing and to not say another. I would make sure you plan ahead coming to this location, for I understand working in a busy atmosphere but no customer service or someone you can gather resources from while all this is happening is very unreasonable.

Easy to make appointment, in and out service. However, it’s taken over a week to get results from a simple urine screening. I needed the test to get a prescription and I’ve gone 10 days without it because of their slow turnaround time.
Also, it is very hard to get anyone on the phone. They don’t have a receptionist and their customer service is an automation loop.

Checkin kiosk needs better instructions. I received a link via text stating when I reached the facility I could check in. When I attempted to check in, the link said I had to wait until 30 minutes before my appointment time. When I instead tried checking in at the kiosk following the instructions to scan my QR code, it wouldn't work.
I asked the staff for water, they asked me if I had an appointment & if I was checked in; I told them per the link's message I had to wait. So one of the staff members advised me to check in with my phone number, which worked. All of this confusion would've been avoided with a few key instructions posted at the kiosk.
I saw several people after me get equally confused, which caused them to beckon staff for help, which causes delays.

The staff is fabulous, no issues. Unfortunately, my results were never sent to my M.D. and the fax option doesn't work. I have no way of getting the results to my doctor, do I really have to make another appointment?
