Didn't know i was being overcharged for an oil change until I went to a tireshop and they quoted me $60. Ive been paying over $90 at this quick oil location. Customer service isnt even good either. Last time I went the man checking me out was annoyed that I asked what the $5 charge was for. If you're mad about explaining to a customer why you're charging something then that's a concern for me.

Got my oil changed today here and they did a great job like always! You don't have to worry about them ripping you off, they do great work and show you evidence of products being bad. I will keep trusting them to do my oil change! Thank you guys!

Worst experience ever, I went to get an oil change and literally right after I left my car was shaking I couldn’t go back because I had to pick up my daughter from daycare but I went back the very next day and the manager was unprofessional and over defensive instead of trying to help saying that they did nothing wrong as I’m explaining to him my car wasn’t shaking like that before I came in, his response was cars can do anything at any moment, instead of admitting fault or being logical about the situation he continued to argue with me that it wasn’t their fault as if he personally worked on my car (which he didn’t) so he cannot say that one of the workers didn’t make a mistake which btw they, looked like teenagers with no real mechanic experience, will NEVER come here again and don’t recommend it to anyone

I loved this place. Super quick, no nonsense, and sold me what I asked for. I no longer live or work near Quick Oil, so have gotten oil changes elsewhere the past year. And man, I didn’t know what I had when I had it. I miss you, Quick Oil.

Before requesting an upcharge, take a look at my vehicle first. Check all the fluids before asking me if I want the service. Other than that, pretty satisfied with this business.

2 stars because I got the oil change I needed. Easily the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had. They automatically charge you to remove skid plates... My car doesn’t have skid plates and I had to argue to get them to remove that charge. It’s crazy because removing and installing a skid plate is just part of an oil change! Opening the hood, removing & installing the oil cap is also part of an oil change, shocked they didn’t charge more for that! I definitely won’t go back which sucks because I live down the street.
