Location: Chicago 87th cottage store
Store hours say they close at 6p walked up to the doors at 5:25 and the doors were already locked. Young women in store was waving to signal to me they are closed. Very disappointing if aren’t going to closed at time stated maybe find another line of work where you can work your own desired hours.

I PURCHASED THREE 1X JOGGER SUITS ONLINE FOR MY ELDERLY SISTER SHE LIVES IN CHICAGO.
THEY WERE CUTE AS HECK!.
WHEN I WENT TO CHICAGO TO VISIT MY SISTER I MADE SURE I'D BE UP THERE TO GO PICK UP HER CLOTHES FROM THIS PARTICULAR RAINBOW SHOPS. I'M GLAD I ASKED THE YOUNG LADIES IN THERE WORKING IF I COULD HAVE GOTTEN MY NIECE THAT LIVES IN CHICAGO TO COME PICK UP THE ITEMS FOR ME. THE NICE YOUNG LADY TOLD ME NO. SHE SAID MISS YOUR NAME IS THE ONLY ONE ON THE ORDER SO YOU HAVE TO BE THE ONE TO PICK IT UP AND SHOW YOUR STATE ID OR DRIVER'S LICENSE. BOY IT'S GOOD TO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ASSUME SOMETHING. I ALSO ASK IF THEY HAD DRESSING ROOMS - THE YOUNG LADY STATED THAT THEY HAVE NOT HAD THEM FOR SEVERAL YRS, THAT WAS A BUMMER, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER. I WILL STILL CONTINUE TO SHOP THERE.

The time says 8p that they close and the doors were locked at 7:28p. Then security laughing while im standing there talking to the lady through the door asking why are the doors locked already. Then he start closing the gates on the windows. If they're not going to be open until that time they need to change the time or place a sign so the people will know. #upset

Please Throw The Whole Fake Team Away There older bitter miserable Broads To Not Young girl like u expect I Dont even go in there I stay down the street and go all the way on Commerical to Rainbow... Now that's sad.
